I attended and graduated from rehab here. They feed you the same food every week. The beds are similar to jail beds. The nurses and residential assistants do not care about your health, mentally or physically. You’re barely allowed outside. The women get written up for everything and the men do what they want. We tried listening to motivational speeches in the morning and were told we’re not allowed. Aside from the group leaders, the place was absolute garbage. It was survival mode instead of...

By far the worst treatment center I've been to and I've been to a lot. First of all it has more of a psychiatric ward environment then a rehab. They tappered patients with suboxone way longer then I've ever seen and to top it off jail food would be more edible. And also I've never seen a rehab that literally had commissary day like jail.... every other place I've been has snacks and drinks at your avaliablity 24/7 but here you have to order commissary in order to have that and you can't get d...

I graduated the program successfully in May 2023, returned in November 2023 and had to return to Sober living on day 42 due to financial issues. My disability insurance approved me for benefits while in treatment, sent Woodhaven paperwork and called the facility multiple times and Woodhaven didn't do their part so I had to leave early to return to work now I'm out thousands of dollars. My blood pressure was often 170ish over 115ish and the nurses refused to give me my B.P Meds. The meals offe...

I can honestly say that every staffber cares. If they didn't they wouldn't work here. Unfortunately the demand is high for treatment and the turnover rate for patients is also high. So it's easy to criticize this or any other treatment center. But the way I see it is that I called them for help, they didn't randomly call me. and, I needed them to pick me up. If I was able to fix my life on my own then I would have done it long ago. I feel people tend to want help but want it in their terms an...

Absolutely the worst place I've ever been. They have unprofessional staff that has 0 empathy. They don't quarantine clients that have been diagnosed with COVID-19, they let walk around and literally pass to everyone. Then to make matters worse, they put clients on behavioral contracts for not attending group with COVID. The place is a absolute joke. The food is terrible and you barely get any. If I were you I would stand clear of this place. If you have a loved one here, get them the hell out

I really thought this place looked as bad as the cat house in Cincinnati. On top of not looking real clean they can't smoke when they want to and when my daughter was outside smoking, someone gave her some money and they damn well took it and kept it! Why didn't they put it in her damn wallet? This shouldn't be like a jail for those doing this on their own.

If I could put a -⭐️ I would! The few staff they had was nice for the most part but literally everything else was dirty and they didn't even follow their own schedule and didn't have structure but we was expected to be on time to group and meetings but we can't have alarm clocks and there was no clocks in the rooms.

It is sad that I work for another residential treatment center and here to pick up a Woodhaven client for sober living and not only can they not answer a phone at any of their extensions, they didn't even know who I was talking about when I came to pick her up. I can't even give this recovery center one star when they don't even know who their clients are!!! Hello!
