Personally this place got some stuff they need to work on as far as letting there employers on breaks . When I worked here never received a break . We do lunches early never worked at a job where you do a lunch & don’t receive a break . You do two weeks of training before you hit the floor before you see if you actually like the job . The last day of your 2nd week that’s when you start your actually shift You do these shift reports @6:30 am (your shift time ) before you start shift which I f...

I got placed here when my father did not want to deal with me at all. He abandoned me, and left me here. He had the nurses and everyone that worked there, cut off my mom from having any access or phone calls to me; even though they had custody of me ( @ the time I was 16 ) 50/50. The things they “ teach “ you may help temporarily but not until the long run. Girls usually got along with each other… Unless they looked off towards other peoples perspectives or looked “ weird “ and instead would ...

I was admitted to Willow Springs when I was 16 years old. I am 30 now and have a lot to say about my experience here. Do not sent your child here. I experience more verbal abuse and homophobia than I ever had as a teen. I was taunted and teased by staff openly in front of other patients and staff members. I ended up spraining my ankle in the court yard when they would make us run in a circle on sand. I did not receive proper care and experience pain in my ankle to this day. All these inciden...

Not sure why the staff thinks they are allowed to judge parents and the decisions they make for their own children. Jennifer the supervisor is the most rude woman I've ever met! The staff is also very snippy and rude. Do your job and don't judge other people! You get paid to do a job, your opinion is irrelevant! Do not send your kids here, or even think about it, this place is nothing short of horrible! EVEN A SUICIDE took place here! Jennifer should be FIRED, and this place needs to ...

i was recently discharged from willow springs after an 11 month stay (11.30.22 to 11.1.23) this place probably isn’t the best residential out there, but they have a really compassionate team and teach DBT. the program was really helpful for me, and i was able to communicate my struggles and minimize my self-injurious behaviors. i’ve been to about 7 or 8 hospitals before getting transferred to willow, and not a single one had been able to stabilize me for a long period of time. when i first go...

This place sucks but not because of the staff. (Bria if you’re reading this it’s Knox Hi) it’s because patients fight everyday and don’t know how to talk about stuff and it’s over the dumbest things too. I also had the flu at one point a fever wasn’t showing up on their dumb thermometer though so nurse NICK decided that I wasn’t sick and had to participate. Literally had to cry to be put on bedrest and he did a flu test and it came back positive. I wonder why almost the whole unit was sick th...

I was sent here when I was 13. I am now 37 and I have very little hope that will finish processing in therapy the Eggshells I will walk on for the rest of my life, most likely as result of my child hood memory's from this place. Hope it's changed.because I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Maybe this will finally give me some closure

I was here from December 2020 - May 2021. Before I came here I was running away, doing drugs, and in general just destroying my own life at the age of 13. I am going on 16 now, and while this place wasn’t my last, it was the first on the journey of healing. I had been to multiple places before here that didn’t do much, but this one is specifically aimed at a lot of the issues that I have. While I was here, I was honestly kind of a nightmare, but as much as I didn’t want anyone to know, I real...
