The care we received during our visit was amazing! The staff went above & beyond.. from the nurses, to housekeeping. There wasn’t a single thing we ever had to ask for, and that’s saying something when you’re dealing with a child. Richard, our RN was so patient and sweet.. he took his time finding the best place to stick the IV so he didn't have to do it twice. Our lab tech was the same way, patient & calm… & only had to stick him once.. I wish I could remember her name.. she was amazing too!...

My mother passed in February. She was in ICU. The nurses were remarkable, especially one named Mrs. Vanessa. My mother coded. They revived her and I was told that she would probably code again. A Dr. Roberts approached me as if he was tired and asked me what did I want to do if she coded again. He said "If I revived her, she won't be the same". Very rude. No compassion. He acted like he had better things to do. From my understanding, he was working ICU and ER. Always acting as if he's tired....

We were told to take my son to the ER for a mental health emergency. The African doctor, can't remember his name, was extremely rude, judgemental and used profanity. This so called doctor was very unprofessional. And he dared us to file a complaint. The dare is on!!!

I had what I thought might be a mini stroke. Went to Whit Fitzgerald Clinic and the staff that saw me were awesome. Made me feel very comfortable and safe. Later that day, I had another problem with what I thought was related to the same thing. The staff at Fitzgerald moved fast and got me a CT scheduled over at Whitfield Regional Hospital very quickly. Everything moved so smooth and timely. To say the least, I was scared and did not know what to expect. The staff of the CT Dept. ...

The billing department is an ongoing joke. The last 4 or 5 times I have been here myself or my family, we never get a bill in the mail (and yes all my information has been updated.... repeatedly) the only way I know I ever owe money to this place is I get letters from collection agencies.

On 7/28/2023 at 9:00 am, I called the hospital's main phone line 289-4000 as well as scheduling line 289-4200 to find out why I'm getting repeatedly emails about my husband doing his pre-op tests which he already had done five days ago. These line rang for 2 -3 minutes with no answer. Also, I kept getting calls from scheduling about my husband doing a test in radiology that he had alread done a month earlier. I worked in a larger hospital for 27 years, and I have never encountered problems ...

I would give them no stars if I could. If you need a hospital, you are better off going out of town.
