Helpful and supportive staff at West Pines.

The Intensive Outpatient Program has given me useful tools for rewiring my behaviors.

Positive experience for those struggling with addiction.

Was sent here on M1 hold. The nurses spend more time charting than caring for patients. There’s no one to talk to about your problems and no “real” therapy. Group therapy is a few times a day and optional. Went to a few but were very unhelpful and not what I was looking for/ needed. Disgusting that there’s nobody to talk to besides the other patients who i received more “therapy” from than the staff. I need therapy from this experience, the very place I was sent to receive therapy and help. S...

This place has changed my life. As a former alcoholic I was ashamed and felt as if everyone would judge me if I went to Detox. However, admitting myself into West Pines was more than supportive. From my first day to may last the staff was not only attentive but treated me as family! The Intensive Outpatient Program is absolutely astonishing and has gave me the tools to rewire my behaviors in life! A+++ Highly Recommend If you have an addiction and you are ready for help, do yourself a fav...

If I could give them Zero Stars I would! I was referred to medical detox with them. They didn’t call, so I called and left a message, absolutely no response! My counselor at VA called and they were rude and gave her the runaround! Obviously not concerned with life and death situations! Call Denver Springs for help. Also if you think I’m just being bitter check out their yelp reviews!

Incompetent to the max. Their billing and administrative department is sub-par at best. Not only did they send my bill to my estranged father (outing me that I got treatment aka borderline HIPPA violation) but also after calling Geanie multiple times in their Client Rep department, they fail to change my billing to my correct insurance. Now, I am getting calls from a debt collector and cannot find where to pay the bill because it was sent to someone else. Thank you for setting me back even mo...

Honestly the majority of staff are amazing. I'm not a fan of the doctor and case management. They should really push for aftercare. Noone even really talked to me about it. Now I'm just back on the streets feeling hopeless

Horrible place to be . They won’t let my mom leave or take her to the hospital even though she hit her head and had a seizure. I would not recommend going here.

I feel very confident in saying that I truly believe that West Pines has saved my life. As a recovering alcoholic myself, I have been to many different rehabs and detox centers. Some being a little better than others, and the others being down right horrible and almost abusive in my opinion. Of which I was able to make some periods of sobriety. A few months here and a few there. The longest being a year. The others were very typical and felt like they were treating clients from a script. With...
