Parking is crazy here. Several people park in places where it is clearly not parking spaces. Some people even park their vehicle in the cross lined marked areas next to disabled parking spaces, which is clearly a violation. There are no police or no security giving parking citations to violators, encouraging some people to abuse the parking even more. I've even seen parked cars getting hit by careless drivers that are going too fast or don't know how to properly back up, but they take off ...

The rudest customer service experience ever! I asked this girl to transfer me to her supervisor which she denied me. And then hang up. Why are you guys hiring ghettos to answer our calls. So now I’ve waite for 14 minutes, what a waste of time. And then she refused to provide me with her employer I.d to both she said that she refused because she doesn’t have to. She was an African American. Un cool. Do better VA!

¡the u.S. Veterans Affairs Department continues to alienate u.S. military veterans per ongoing inconsistencies and hypocrisies and contradictions that few medical personnel and employees especially those who are u.S. military veterans go beyond the call of duty like Tim Penux at the Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center! - the Republicans continue to reduce the financial budget of the u.S. Veterans Affairs Department which is how most right wing conservatives only care about few people - 12:50 pm...

TERRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Time & time again, I have to chase my Doctor(s) around every month to have my medication filled...As I'm writing this, I'm sitting in the Pharmacy waiting area waiting on the Pharmacy Tech who is waiting on A Doctor who's filling in for another Doctor who's Filling in for MY DOCTOR! 2 of the 3 I've already attempted to contact, left voicemails to put in the order for my medication last week! This is NOT how this should work. I had been reluctant to start takin...

I think this VA medical center needs more diversity. I only see black employees and no white ones anywhere. What's wrong with hiring white people for clinic receptionists etc?

Biggest garbage there is. Everything is done through a call center. If you have a question for your doctor then you have to drive all the way to talk to someone in person. The only phones the answer are from the call center. The actual VA phones or extensions are never ever ever answered.

Dental - If you’re going here for dental they’re the worst. Walk ins take 3 hours before you get called back. Another hour for an X-ray and for them to figure out the tooth you told them is hurting hurts. I had to walk out after they left. Mental Health - Last name Withers just got on rotation here + signed me up for a treatment plan HE recommended instead of the one I asked for which is much more effective. His hesitation is because there’s “much more red tape”. Which is a complete joke. So...

I really find all VA Hopsitals I been to so far in California so far top notch quality. From Loma Linda to West Los Angeles, all facilities are well kept, clean, and has professional staffing. Hopefully this will reflect any future VA Hospitals I go to in California. Update: I went to the ER and was diagnosed with getting my galbladder removed. The room was top notch and the staff really cared. Before the surgery, the surgeon team came in my room and walk me through all the steps. The operat...
