All programs begin with an assessment, providing clinicians and clients the time needed to determine which areas of their lives are in need and which treatment services best address them. If the individual needs detox services, Waypoint Recovery does provide that. Clients have access to medication assistance, individual therapy, family programs, group therapy, skill-building, 12-step programs, addiction education, relapse prevention training, psychoeducation, and recreational activities. Waypoint does also provide different alumni services so that all of their clients, past and present, continue to have a support system and place to go when they are in need of help.

I would of given zero stars if available. When leaving Waypoint you work with a staff member, I can’t say a professional because I don’t think many work there. The plan was for my son to be taken to the bus station where he would have a two hour journey to a sober living home in NC. He was put on a bus and I was assured all plans were in place for him to be picked up by a supervisor from the bus stop in North Carolina. I received a phone call from my son who walked a distance to a gas statio...

My son was offered more drugs there from patients sneaking it in which is very very easy to do with only one nurse there to take care of a fully packed 4person per room. It’s hard to find places that actually work where accepts insurance.

I came to Waypoint Recovery Center in late 2022, desperate/ready for help. I was terrified- I had a horrifying experience at a facility in Conway for a week before I arrived at Waypoint. As far as 95% of the staff they were amazing, caring, thoughtful & really seemed to love their jobs.during my time spent, there were quite a few things that was concerning/put the well-being of the patients who pay to be there & get the appropriate help needed, AT RISK. One being letting a pt who put others a...

Okay so I came to this amazing place on the 26th of September. I was desperate, sick of using ( opiates, fentanyl were my DOC) I was just done, did not want to use anymore. So I found this place and from the very moment I called them to the moment they seen me off to my next facility I felt the love from these people. Y'all I am telling you from the people who answer the phones all the way to the cleaning lady (Mrs T. Croft I love you girl! I found an AMAZING church and a sponsor already I ca...

September 24, 2023 I checked myself in to waypoint because I had an alcohol problem. I was very skeptical of how this place was and what to expect.the 30 days I signed up for. It was the best thing that I could’ve ever done. The staff, the nurses, the RA‘s. Everyone had open arms to me to help me with recovery. They needed to make my stay comforting and they did.I have now graduated and have been out a week and a half and I am following the steps in the AA 12 step program and I’ve gotten a spo...

This place saved my life. The staff is top notch and were such a saving grace. I met some amazing women who were such an inspiration. I would recommend this place to anyone who was lost and felt hopeless. They are not just a treatment center they are caring and helpful to navigate the rocky road of addiction.

I left waypoint a few weeks ago and I’m still Sober! This is because I chose to seek a relationship with God after realizing that it was His grace and mercy that saved me from dying from years of drug addiction. I basically crawled in to Waypoint but I would have gone anywhere that would have taken me that day. I knew I was done, literally on deaths door. Waypoint gave me a safe place to get my foundation started (relationship with God) and that was because I sought after it knowing it was my...

I have just left Waypoint this afternoon and was significantly disappointed with my experience. Promises that were made to me, ahead of going to Waypoint for Detox Only, were not only not met but were blatantly disregarded. I was then threatened with punishment, including up to monetary charges and the inability to EVER return to Waypoint for future services, by the overnight nurse if I return home immediately after my Detox was complete. This is VERY unprofessional and unbusinesslike. I wou...
