Not a good place to work very racially biased, poor management an made the work place very uncomfortable . They have all the potential to be an agency that helps the community an families and yet sadly have a corrupt system an management. I would never recommend working for them and double check the services they provide an make sure they are truly doing what is in best interest of your family. A lot of secrets with this agency an unethical work.

For adolescents and adults this agency is professional and really works to offer good services right where the person is. I highly recommend VOA in Anchorage or Wasilla if you need an assessment, substance abuse treatment, or mental wellness treatment!
