I spent 5 days as a TDO. Which means against my will. But I’m so grateful I did. The program is Awesome and I enjoyed my time there. The staff is very friendly especially Miss Pamela. I was on the 3rd floor which is a dual diagnosis floor. 3meals a day which I thought the food was delicious, you get to choose what you would like. The group mettings were very helpful to me and gave me a new perspective of my life. I thank you all for being there for ME. ❤️ Congratulations to Miss Pamela for E...

Very disappointed. I was told Monday I could enter today. I disclosed all of my health issues. I had a health issue this morning which is my start day but I was unable to make it. I called and was forwarded to the head of the outpatient program and left a detailed voicemail. I called back a few minutes later to try and get a live person in the outpatient program on the phone but got another voicemail box so I left another detailed message. I was called by Tyler and he was told that Carol talk...

I've had nothing but bad personal experiences with VB Psych. They don't treat you! They just discharge you cause you say your better when clearly your actions say you aren't. My son should of been kept longer on a TDO so he could get diagnosed and treated before sending him home to be unstable and refuse to take his meds. Shame on Vb Psych for letting another member of community down.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Do not go here. They will charge you separately for things and then not even tell you. Then months later you get call from "debt collectors" for not paying the extra charges. You get charged separately for the MANDATORY medical examination and don't tell you, then they tack on extra charges for not paying them. It's a scam. Don't go here, even if you're desperate.

The staff was very kind and caring to my needs at the time. Even allowed us to go outside sometimes. My primary doctor there was amazing.

Absolutely amazing team in the partial hospitalization unit! Tyler, Rose, Nurse Carol, and Dr Yetter personalize care and really treat your health in a manner I have never received. Even though it is group therapy I was treated as a individual the group only added experience and realization that you are not alone. Cate was my group therapist and is absolutely amazing. Not only was she my therapist she is a caring and amazing person! She puts all that she has into her patients, holds you acc...

I had a great experience. I was scared at first, but being here helped me a lot. I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that they are under staffed. I think it would be better for the employees as well as the patients, if they had at least one more person scheduled for each shift. Some people may struggle with the lack of video games and having no cell phone priveledges. We dis have access to the landlines, and could make as many calls as we wanted. I went in for depression and SI.

I spent 5 days here recently and I can honestly say I don’t understand the negative reviews people left. Here’s what I personally experienced. The staff was always super nice and accommodating. I saw the doctor everyday and he took the time to hear me and answer all of my questions and concerns. The nurses were caring and empathetic to my situation. The food was pretty good they always give you a choice of 3 different things every meal and they do snacks at night. Ms Pamela was my favorite sh...
