Benefits

The counselors and staff are helpful, understanding, and caring.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is highly recommended as a first or second step after inpatient treatment.

I attend IOP through valley Hope of Wichita and I will be the first to recommend anyone who is struggling with addiction that is serious about seeking help. The counselor at this facility are amazing and only want what's best for there patients. Thank you for caring.

Excellent Intensive Outpatient program. Would highly recommend as a first step or second step after in patient. Counselors and staff are so helpful and understanding.

Our experience with the outpatient program has been absolutely horrible. They have been disorganized, apathetic and lazy in their treatment. A loved one began here in August. Since then, he has had three different counselors, every time they switched they had the excuse that they were "reorganizing" staff. They said the program would include "group, individual and family counseling". There have been a total of maybe five actual individual counseling sessions in 5 months, when he was attending...

Kinda got ghosted (we were supposed to meet once more, and my account was shut down, no emails, calls, nothing)...But overall, great experience and kept me in line. About three years I was part of Valley Hope (I didn't have to) and I do not regret it at all, despite the not so great ending.
