They never answer the phone. It takes forever to actually get thru to anyone to schedule an appointment or get questions answered.

Denied help during worst times due to demographics.... People are dying and these people only care about demographics...smh...

Ok healthcare if you manage the absolute miracle that anyone will answer the phone for anything. I have been a patient here and they have not answered the phone IN YEARS. I have to wait til someone calls ME and I have to force my doctors to make appointments for me with other doctors because NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES HERE. It is so ridiculously impossible to get through to anyone you’re better off trying somewhere else.

I strongly advise against receiving care from here and let me explain why. It took me two months to get assigned to a counselor. This was because after repeatedly calling reception for weeks and asking for my care coordinator, I was being sent to a dead line because my coordinator no longer worked there and reception never knew. I didn't have access to care for two months due to pure ignorance. I also strongly suggest you avoid this place due to the over prescribing of drugs with incredible ...
