The worst experience ever! I’m not new to dealing with facilities or what’s suppose to happen and not! What’s isn’t suppose to happen is them to lie to you about your loved one who against their medical advice release him! Lied about the hospital making an error in the transfer verses discharge..he was transferred and was to be detained until court! The next day! Made all kinds of excuses claiming he was detained illegally they knew for 4 days how long his detainment was proper thing to do w...

I think Kent valley cities isn't the best program around. I DO notice a big change in behavior when illegal drugs are involved. Not only does the patient's care go downhill ..me, as a parent provider have noticed that it seems I am fighting an uphill battle with myself being singled out as a problem...like mabe she gets her bad habits from mua. I've also been lied too..looked up as to MY background.. and while I'm being treated like a bad apple, the patient,my daughter is treated like an a...

In the way of mental health clinics, I feel they far out weigh other clinics in the area. I just recently switched to this Mental Health Clinic, since I felt I was not getting the care I needed at another provider. I have been happy with the switch, my therapist, and case management. (So far, so good.) Much better then where I was going. Nice large, clean lobby, and they follow Covid protocol very efficiently. When going into office, but they also do therapy over the phone.

It is free to go here with the state insurance and you get what you pay for. Run the other way if you can afford anywhere else. I do not recommend this place. Awful staff who don’t know what they are doing. I have two daughters who tried to make this work, since they do not have insurance. They tried this place and it is a joke. The psychiatrist RN’s clearly are not well trained. One was down right rude and condescending and the last type of person to see with mental illness. There are some ...

My daughter has been going here for almost two years. She has made no progress. She never gets to speak to a therapist; whereas she should be getting counseled at least once a week. They just keep shoving pills down her throat and ignoring her

For being a behavioral/substance-abuse clinic they have by far the most unpleasant, not empathetic, unwelcoming staff. Sandy should probably lay off the lithium or find a different line of work if she thinks her abrasive attitude and mono tone voice or even in the slightest bit inviting. This place should receive a zero stars for being a supposed community clinic it is anything but

First of all this location in Kent is fine my review is about one person and one person only Alexander Keene a Peer Counselor here. The problem is Alexander is completely useless fails people miserably and he spews lies on top of endless lies. Meaningless shallow unfeeling promises it's as if a form of borderline disconnect with the people he says he's going to be there for and help. I sent him a very easy and considerate request in a voice mail on Sunday November 11th 2018 he blatantly ignor...
