I have had nothing but awesome service here! They helped me get through tough times in my life and I'm forever thankful ❤️. If you need an excellent therapist, he's name is Simon. I surely miss the sessions when I moved to another state. Keep up the great work!

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Most of the staff members don't really care about the clients well-being and are on a power trip . Being in control over deciding if you have your freedom or go to prison, saying that doctor's notes are not valid reasons for missing classes and terminate you, taking people away from family and making life harder in an already harsh situation. MY ADVICE: Don't pretend to care, try actually caring about people who are struggling with addiction. Mayb...

They were fully booked, which seems to be the way most behavioral centers are right now. They are a walk in clinic. There are also multiple buildings, so finding which one to go to is a bit hard to do. The front door to the walk-in crisis center was busted in and wood paneling covers it. As for staff, they are incredibly nice. I was checked in by a newer fellow and he was very sweet. I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire visit. When I went back to be seen, the lady who got my pro...

They help but it's always intermittenntly, I'll go months with no issues but then everything will collapse. Need a change in meds? Too bad, you'll have to go through an entire multi week long process to change med providers because the med provider won't change meds nomatter how much worse mentally they make you feel. Need a case manager? Too bad, you'll have 2 or 3 appointments before they just start forgetting about your appointments and they don't show up. (It's been over a month now and n...

There was only one negative experience I've had here. I scheduled a therapy apt. the first one I've had in years due to negative past experiences with therapy through a religiously based counciling program. I have trauma that makes it difficult to have a male therapist. But it's been years so I thought maybe I could handle it. The first appointment was a bit akward but just covering basics so not too bad. The second apt however fell on a day I wasn't doing well mentally, I stepped way out of ...

Unfortunately, this facility is doing a disservice to the community in many ways. First off, there is a 3 month wait for therapy services. Yes, there is crisis services and they are compassionate. This is a huge positive. But if you're looking for a medical evaluation, please reconsider. They do not look over your intake interview before meeting with you the first time. This leaves the prescribing medical provider with no prior knowledge of your history. Prescribing psychiatric meds without p...
