The staff at the veterans administration are caring and attentive to their patients.

The VA hospital has helped save a patient's life twice with their effective care.

The VA has some of the best dentists in the state.

The veterans administration have some of the best dentists in the state! On St. Valentine’s Day a nice lady gave my husband and I a cute little gift box of candy and VA hospital canteen dollars to buy some things at the VA store. People really do care about us Vets and I for once am glad.

Misdiagnosed a much needed quadruple bypass for 2 years!I VETS, do not waste your lives away waiting on the VA Doctors to make a decision, go to Washington Regional. The clown man nurse that works in the ER needs to tone down the comedian act, and act like a real professional nurse. This place is a circus, just like the USPS but dangerous!

As a veterans wife I've been coming here with him for almost 15 years. Twice they have kept me from losing him due to his lung health. There have only been 3 not so great experiences in all this time and those were individual people not the VA Hospital or system. So yes I give this place 5 stars and thank them for all they have done for our family.

I give Fayetteville 5stars. They are always easy to get a hold of and there security does not look down at the vets like a certain town. I will not give the name of the town because there are some great people there.

Be the squeaky wheel or these people will let you die. I finally got a referral to dermatology for an infection that has plagued me for two years. It did not come from a provider but from an ER doctor that was far too skilled to be working for the VA. (Thank you, Kerril. You were the first to actually perform a referral for this issue. For your efforts, I raised the review 1 star.) The good: Radiology is always on point. Front desk is always professional and compassionate. Pharmacy is impro...

I moved here from Fayetteville NC back in Aug of 22. In North Carolina I would dread going to an appointment. They made you feel like you were worthless and would not listen to you at all. Got all of my stuff switched here and within 2 weeks had an appointment. Team 11 is just amazing. Stuff I had been fighting for at least a year in NC was taken care of in a few weeks. All of the staff I have met there make you feel welcome and feel like they want to help. I can't say enough good things abou...

Had an overnight stay after surgery. The staff here, Rhonda, DeShawna, Tina, Shelly, Brian, and Dr. Pickheardt were amazing. Pampered, and well cared for is the way the everyone here made us feel. The staff in Fayetteville went above and beyond to take the best care of us. We felt like a priority. I would like to thank the entire staff for the respect that they showed and the excellent care they gave us.
