Receptionists and most doctors are very nice and welcoming.

Case managers and psychiatrists are highly supportive and understanding.

Parking is readily available early in the morning and before closing time.

I have been going here for years and the receptionists are very nice and welcoming. Most of the doctors here that I've seen have been good to great. I've only had a bad experience with one of the intake counselors. Parking has almost always been available when I go there, especially early in the morning and an hour or so before closing time. I am now seeing a new case worker who is doubling as my therapist and I really like him already and have only seen him once. He has a similar way of thi...

Preliminary: I am a outpatient patient of harborview outpatient mental health being seen for: #Bipolar1 #PTSD #MDD #OCD #ADHD #Anxiety #goodtimes I have been going here for outpatient services longer than I care to say. That having been said; I have had much contact with all levels of staff over the years. My overall assessment is that these are amazing human beings that work for the greater good. My current case manager is so ridiculously good at his job it never ceases to amaze me. He neve...

Paul Munson. He's been doing this for 30 years. He'll tell you at any chance he gets. He lets his emotions control him and becomes unprofessional and engages in cognitive distortions during meetings. His documentation notes are subjective and often incorrect. His attitude is that of someone out of touch with todays problems and general opinions. He is a classic boomer. He does not create a safe place to express and communicate. Hopefully he will retire soon, sparing others from his inflexible...

Just had a horrible call with a young and female- sounding person when asking for general info for their IOP program. My question was about waitlist and she gave me long, convoluted answers about a 400+ referral cue, short term services of 5-6 weeks where the client sees a therapist maybe once a week or less, etc. etc. I kept reiterating that I was seeking IOP only, asking if the offer that, what the wait is. She finally said all groups are suspended because of Covid. I said (again kindly and...

I can't speak for all the Doctors on staff but mine has been great. My last Dr. was basically just another drug dealer but my doctor here actually cares about my well-being and that is a most welcome change from what I had become accustom too. I would recommend this place for anyone seeking ACTUAL help with substance abuse issues.

INTERNED THERE. ATTENDED SU GRAD. 2012. GOOD SITE. BAD SUPVERSIOR, BUT GOOD GUY. JUST HATED HIS POSITION. NO BAD FEELINGS. LOVED EVERYTHING ELSE AND THE LUNCHES WITH LECTURES WERE MY FAVORITE. PLACE HELPED ME TOO BTW, BUT I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE AND MADE A DUMB DECISION TO PURSUE GRAD SCHOOL. IT WAS TO START RIGHT AFTER GRADUATION SU. I'D GOTTEN ACCEPTED INTO SMITH COLLEGE IN MASSACHUSETTS WHICH WAS GORGEOUS. HATED THE SUMMER PROGRAM. DRANK HEAVILY THROUGHOUT GRIEVING A PERSONAL LOSS WHICH NEAR...

Some of the "councilors" are unprofessional and rude. If you can, chose a different place
