The nurses assigned to patients are caring and highly professional.

Certain staff members, like Ms. Belinda Atem, treat patients with respect and compassion.

Some staff are passionate about their jobs and take time to explain things in depth.

My stay here has been good as the nurses that have been assigned to me are amazing at their jobs and have made sure that I was taken good care of. Ms. Belinda Atem. She treated me with respect and Compassion. She cares deeply about her job and helped me immensely as she is very passionate about not only her jobs but her patients. She goes in depth with things when explaining.

My husband had heart surgery there, and I could not believe how shabby they were. Most of the nurses in the ICU were rude and had VERY POOR bedside manner. The hospital has great resources but the workers? They are a forces to recon with. I hope we never have to go back there. Patience with heart issues are fighting for their lives and all they can see are mean people around them. SO SO SAD.

Absolutely disgusting ER, the waiting room was filthy with trash and homeless. The staff was exceptionally RUDE. They show zero compassion for me and my wife. We thought we could have had a miscarriage and the staff had no words of comfort. They wouldn't let me be there for anything, blood draws, or ultrasound. The tech slammed the door in my face and wouldn't answer any questions. When they took us to the examination room, it was ridden with filth. The sink was rusted, floors had hair everyw...

We are at this hospital again. The last comment I wrote they told me to call and when I did, no one returned my call. The social worker Christain told us we're wasting his time and he don't know why we called him. He said he entered the room with an attitude because we refused telling the nurse why we wanted to speak with him. I've never seen such unprofessional and rude behavior. He shocked us and walked off. Someone needs to investigate this hospital and their practices

I had a bad experience there with an infection’s disease Dr. she works on the 7 floor. I had COVID and she treated me like I had LEPROCY. This happened on 12/2023. She told me I should not have come to the Hospital, and to her clinic because she had a 92 year old father at home.. I don’t understand why is she so concerned about her dad and she work at the hospital… in my opinion SHE HAVE NO EMPATHY…. I have a chronic illness in my lungs… I needed a fallow up care with an pick line that needed...

I Had my baby delivered here a month ago and would definitely choose this hospital again . The nurses were so amazing and so attentive. The rooms were kept clean at all times . Clean and calm space I absolutely enjoyed the 2 days I spend here after giving birth .

I've been sitting in the emergency waiting area since 4:30 and it's now 2 am. I've had my blood drawn within the first 2 hours but no one has seen me and using the app I can see my blood work and urine isn't normal. I'm going somewhere else and going to give them my blood work results. This place is horrible I used to love this hospital not anymore. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. No wonder they get law suits.
