Hardworking, knowledgeable caregivers. Clean facility. Had a major surgery done here successfully. Never been treated poorly. Would just add that more caregivers should be hired so they have more time to figure out patient's health issues. And at times, new, yet proven, forms of care should be approved.

My husband is a Viet Nam veteran who goes to the VA Medical Center for healthcare quite often. He lost part of his hearing and, like many veterans, has a hard time hearing soft spoken people. The young people that work there, mostly young women, are VERY soft spoken. You would think that they would get a clue when veterans constantly ask them to repeat what they have said. Some one needs to have the sensitivity and foresight to train these administrative and clinical people to speak in a loud...

CPAP dept. you have to call them for EVERYTHING. When you do they tell you “someone will return your call within 2 Days”. I have NEVER gotten a call back within 2 weeks , let alone 2 days. It’s so bad, I buy my own supplies for the machine. I drive a truck form a living. I have to record machine use of 70% of the year, minimum of at least 6 hours a night. I hold the mask away from face to go to sleep. 5 to 7 hours later I wake up because I can’t breathe. I would rather pay for my own machine ...

My father went through an operation at the tucson va couple of months ago here and has never been the same since. My parents were suppose to come up Thanksgiving week. My father had to go to the emergency room (in location hes in not va) the day before they were suppose to leave from there house, he told his primary from phx and a nurse of his symptoms they were ignored. The VA could of prevented this. I hope the worst for the VA Healthcare system. Your advertising death with the walk of hono...

If the VA contracted out Pharmacy, it would be a 5 star rated. People working there are just plain rude. Trying to get heart meds has become a nightmare.

I know VA services are really droping quality by the day... People in 1 west treat patients whit no profesional or kind matter, at orthopedic. They dont do all required tests to find the problem on your foot, the only place I can say its decent its dentist... and all the good guys have been getting higher positions to get them out of floor, so they can stop them from helping veterans, wont give names, because the sistem migth punish them. Officers there dont care about patients and trest ...

My PCP and Mental health care team are phenomenal! Any and every concern I have is addressed and assessed. Never are them dismissive! They create treatment plans that will keep me going forward. They follow up with me personally after every appointment to make sure medicine is helping and if there are improvements or if I’m getting worse. I couldn’t ask for better care teams. Very appreciative of them. Thank you!!
