Triumph Treatment Services is a community-led behavioral healthcare facility that provides all of their clients with a full continuum of care, allowing them to work with the same treatment team throughout their entire recovery journey. Residential programs are gender-specific, but outpatient treatments are available to all who need less intensive care or supervision. Each drug or alcohol treatment plan is patient-centered, meaning that the client is at the center of the program, and every service provided is meant to address their specific needs. Those services might look like medication assistance if the individual struggles with opioid addiction, 12-step participation, family therapy, physical activity, and so much more. Though the length of treatment does depend on the client, as does the level of care in which they participate, the longest a client will remain at Triumph is around 60 residential days. Outpatient services may last much longer. Triumph Treatment Services does accept Medicaid and various other forms of payment.

I graduated from Triumph back in 2018, and they saved my life for sure! Unfortunately, it is not the same program it was when I was a patient there. I worked there from 2022-2023 and was horrified at the way it was being run. Not only do they not care about patient care, but they don't care about their own staff. They would work us 20 hrs straight with no breaks just so upper management wouldn't have to come in. I was actually someone who cared about the patients and was hanging on to hope th...

What a horrible experience! I went to the Women’s and children’s home with my 10 month old daughter and we were both traumatized by the experience. I was looking forward to getting into the 4 to 6 month program and only stayed for eight days. From the moment I got there until the moment that I left the whole place just seemed like disorganized chaos. Upon entry, I was told to leave my daughter’s car seat that they had extra car seats provided. When I mentioned that to staff I was told I shoul...

Triumph Tx is very stubborn in how they consider the actual needs of an individual. That’s right, each individual is unique like a snowflake and not everyone needs help as some just need validation of being right. I know because I gave a simple description of my problem and even gave them a clean drug test and they still think I need treatment! Basically, because I can hold a conversation and show self discipline to not purchase or use marijuana - this snowflake could teach a drug class. How ...

Just released today! I had my fair share of issues while in my 28 day program. Healthcare concerns, nutritional guidines not followed and aggressive patients (emotional, mental and physical). Safety concerns being handled behind the scenes I'm sure but none the less scary. You take what you can from a program that is understaffed and over worked. The office staff are attempting thier best with what is expected of them. I agree timing of Apts ( over a week to schedule an LAB draw), medication...

My daughter was at this place, she ask me to check for interactions on the prescription drugs she was taking. I did so and found that 4 of them had severe reactions with the other meds she was on. She had told me that 3 times they could not wake her up in the morning. I call 4 times that day to speak to the person in charge, they never returned my call even tho I told them it was life threatening. I also called twice and ask that my daughter call me. They did not tell her. That day was not go...

First of all Taking someone’s food stamps is wrong. They get funded through the state, and the government. I’ve never heard of this before. Should have said that at the intake appointment. Sounds pretty suspicious to me.

I was just graduated yesterday! I felt well loved and very cared for. Even though they might have been under staffed they quickly had people in training for positions needed. I felt that they really loved their job and so inturn i honestly felt loved. And that is one thing you cannot fake! I also believe it is what you make it! I believe they saved my life !!

I was a shell of a person entering Triumph's services. On the brink of losing my only son, I was seeking desperately for someone to give me another chance. From PCAP services, to the Parenting and Pregnant Women's Program, and eventually IOP, every experience has been pivotal in my journey to recovery. I was encouraged, comforted, and made to feel safe which is exactly what my soul needed at the time. I believe there is something special about Triumph and it's employees, and I would recommend...
