The staff is very nice and professional.

Emergency services such as ambulance and fire department are excellent.

Despite typical wait times, the staff in the ER is top-notch.

Staff was very nice, ambulance and fire department were excellent. I was discharged with "nothing found", but later, upon return to my home state, found out that I had damage to my heart and in failure with a life expectancy of 6 months. Thank God I was just able to have it repaired. A simple ECO discovered the damage that found the issue, something that should have been done, especially since I was found unresponsive. As a former critical care nurse and paramedic I knew that more testin...

The way my daughter and I were treated was not okay. We had left to arrive at least 30 min before our appointment as we always do, due to the snow and ice on road we ended up getting there 14 minutes after our appointment, our doctor Erica Riordan apparently refused to see us and made us reschedule. The fact we have to drive 1 hour and a half to get there only to be refused over something we had no control over made me realize that this doctor and her staff have no empathy or understanding to...

Went to the ER, and of course, you are gonna have your typical wait.... IT IS THE ER. If you wanna get in and out, go see your Dr. However, even with the wait, the staff, TOP NOTCH! I know that places such as the ER will always get bad reviews, and that is why I wanted to put my two cents in. Thank you all for all you do! ❤️

Well there's been two now that have been amazing Dr Indra at the ER was the most amazing ER physician that I have ever seen he made sure to take care of my needs and my concerns and he listened to me. Last night I tripped in the ice and had to go to the ER and the ER doctor that night I can't remember what his name was fabulous nice concerned yet quick and prompt. Every time I have come to Trinity to see a doctor or the ER it's been a wonderful experience

they have done absolutely NOTHING to help my mom with her kidney stones. they keep telling her for months that they'll pass on their own and she just has to wait. everyday she's in pain trying to pass them, but nothings happening. everyday shes bleeding. they are torturing an innocent woman to death. she had to get a referral to bismarck to have them blast her kidney stones. that's how useless trinity is.

As a former employee, I am saddened to say this is one of the most horrific places and experiences during my 18 years of work within my field. The director of what was my department takes gossip and hearsay more seriously than facts. The staff, I’m not even sure where to begin. I have never experienced more racist talk within a facility than here. I will add, I am white, so I would imagine this made it more comfortable to have such leave the mouths of those who spoke. For instance, I worked ...

Waited for 4 hours in the ER to see a Dr for my daughter, she was in so much pain she was crying. They did not care, their excuse was maybe they didn’t have enough beds, for a brand new hospital & not enough beds is a terrible excuse. Will go to Bismarck next time. Horrible experience!

Had a baby here in July 2023. I am STILL fighting with Trinity's billing department over so many screws up and people not doing their job. I have insurance, my insurance mailed a check for the amount owed minus a small portion I need to pay. Trinity keeps saying they haven't received any payment. I've called over 12 times trying to get someone to fix it and find out why they claim they haven't been paid when payment was sent. Everytime someone says they will get a supervisor on it and will re...
