If you really want help, this is not the place. Management sees you as a paycheck, not as a person. The staff has no form of communication when it comes to helping you. You detox in a room of 5 to 10 other people that are sick if not sicker than you. Bathrooms have mold and the smell of deterioration. Half of the time classes were canceled due to lack of communication. You have to wear a ankle monitor like a convict out on parole. This place just wants the money.

Tried to take someone into the Ranch today and when she was too intoxicated to blow in the breathalyzer, I was giving my friend words of encouragement, trying to get her to blow harder and faster. That’s when an administrator and a counselor by the name of Katrina comes outside to us and was saying how they “can hear us from inside” and that they “won’t have yelling on their porch.” Meanwhile, keep in mind the building is a thin walled-portable building. I can hear them stomping around inside...

Not the worst but probably not the best either. There were massive communication issues between staff. We had a Covid outbreak when I was here, and it was pure chaos. However, the campus is beautiful, the food was excellent, and I learned a lot. Most of the staff were very helpful and genuinely cared. Unfortunately, despite saying they work with co-occurring disorders, my mental health got significantly worse while I was here. Due to circumstances outside of my control, I was not able to get ...

This place gave me the opportunity at a different life. The counselors at this facility are incredible and go above and beyond for the clients and not just the ones they have. As for the nurses and ra's as well. There wasnt a single person that worked there that didn't impact my life in a positive way. So thankful for this place❤️

I was given the wrong persons medication. I was ok, thank goodness, however it could have been very bad. I filed a ‘grievance’, they never even acknowledged my grievance.

I was here a year and half ago and it was a life saver for me. Dove Tree gave me the tools and confidence to tackle the real world while sober. I tell everyone who is struggling with addiction or alcoholism to go to Dove Tree because of what they did for me and so many others. The staff is wonderful and living quarters are amazing and comfortable. I felt right at home here which helped tremendously. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Josh in admissions was an excellent navigator for our family as we recently searched for the right program. He was extremely thorough, kind and patient, sharing info about their program and helping us determine insurance coverage. Cindy in admissions also was very experienced and helpful during a difficult time for our family.

I read many of the reviews before posting my own and hope to provide a fair account of the facility. The staff is outstanding and provided me with insight and knowledge. The facilities have a few problems, but I never saw any indication that staff didn't care or weren't working toward solutions. I can't say that every activity or discussion spoke to me. There not supposed to. I participated and got something out of all of it. As to the negative reviews...addicts become addicts because they ...
