An absolutely amazing organization and facility, staffed by some of the most selfless and hardworking people in the city. I strongly recommend them if you need their services, or if you are looking for a charitable organization that will make good use of your donation.

I’ve been going here for mental health services for a year now. Therapy isn’t so bad but my real issue is with the psychiatrist fellows they have here. I can’t ever get in contact with them, If I need my medication refilled I can’t get a swift response. Awful service and they don’t even keep the same doctor. You’re better off going to Legacy at the very least they respond to you over there.

I did an intake for counseling services a few months back. I just keep getting told management is waiting to review it. Nothing more nothing less. I asked to speak to management after 2 and half months of waiting and was told theyd likely answer the managers name I was given was Kyle Leisure. It’s been a week and they’ve never responded to me. If you have other options I would recommend anywhere but here.

I was told that if I was young, or had AIDS or HIV positive or flieng an abusive relationship that they could help. I'm 44, a veteran, transgender and I can't get any help from a center that is supposed to be for the LGBT community! I was balling after I left and so aggravated I'm homeless and slept in the parking garage just to be told sorry no help. It was my first and last time to go there and I will tell my friends and anyone else stay away

It was my first time there. I went to the reception level. I remember walking up to the window counter and as I did; there were about five people inside the office area. They just continued to talk among themselves as they occasionally felt like glancing at me until I signaled if one of them could speak to me. I'm not sure if there was a process of checking in at another location but I figured since I was the only one there they could immediately tend to me. I can't say that their total servi...

Great place for meetings dealing with addiction or family members of addicts

I've been debating on whether or not to post this because I am personally not a direct client, but it is making me hesitant to become one. So I will unless it is deemed unfair. Last year, I joined in on a session with my sibling's therapist since I have issues with them and needed a mediator as I cannot talk to my sibling without them swearing up a storm at me, talking at me, barely letting me get a word in, lying, etc., lots of verbal abuse. So I had an hour-long session online with the thr...

I’ve been trying to get assistance for several months. Long story short… I had to complete another application and it’s been 3 weeks still nothing. Left a voicemail for Nicole and she only returned my call to tell me, she’s the only person processing paperwork right now.(Ma’am I’ve been trying with you all for almost a year) It could take some time in a nice-nasty kind of way. So this is a hopeless attempt to get assistance. People really need help out here and y’all are playing. Seems like t...
