Available outpatient services through the Detox Unit at this specific rehab facility include physical and mental assessments, medically managed detoxification, discharge planning, prevention education, nutritional guidance, and medical health services if needed. Because they offer inpatient drug and alcohol detox services, clients will receive 24-hour care before being discharged into the outpatient program. Clients may also be referred to a different addiction treatment center once they have detoxed if it is determined that they require more intensive or longer-term care for their drug abuse. Though this program will help any adult individual in need, The Brooklyn Hospital Center prioritizes clients who have been unable to remain abstinent in the past, individuals who used heroin daily prior to admission, individuals suffering from severe withdrawal symptoms, or clients addicted to multiple drugs at once.

Yesterday I took my daughter to the ER, the wait was very long but that was because they only had 1 doctor in the ER. Everyone was nice. My daughter needed to get surgery and so we were moved to a bed area in the er and I spoke with the pediatric team about what would be happening. My daughter had her surgery around 6 in the morning it was only about 45 minutes. They were very nice and answered all my questions and made sure my daughter was comfortable and prepared. The discharge staff was ...

I am 85 years old and I just had my knee replacement. I transferred and stayed at the Brooklyn Hospital rehabilitation for PT/OT. Their teams are provided excellent professional services 👏. Meals are good and tasty. The entire time of my recovery, the doctors and nurses and the therapists are very helpful and skillful. Especially Dr. Michael Kaiz is very well educated, he gave beyond his excellent care to his patients and responsible for everything before I was released. 謝謝。Kam

Came into the hospital for a cut on my left index finger and waited an excess of 6+ hours to be seen and receive stitches. Upon asking for updates, hospital staff repeatedly report that the doctors are way behind on patients and that I haven’t been assigned a provider yet. Abhorrent service and will make sure to avoid here coming here for medical attention in the future!!

I must say this is one of the worst hospital in Brooklyn. I hope I never have to return. The services in most of the departments are extremely delayed and many of the providers I have encountered have poor communication including their delivery. They make you feel like you’re bothering them when you’re simply there to receive medical attention/care. It’s also a filthy. If you want quality care please do not visit this hospital. I feel terrible for the individuals who attend this place for tre...

Went to the emergency room here. They told me I could access my account details online but didn't provide any access code. Then they sent me a bill for the visit of $1,454 even though I provided them with my insurance information. I called my insurance company and they said that they never actually received a claim from the hospital. I have to go back to the hospital to pick up my results. Not sure why the bill was so high if I didn't have any serious issues, didn't stay overnight, and I did...

Labor and Delivery department! Excellent service. All the girls very caring. They feed woman in labor as in the restaurant! Excellent taking care of newborn. Vanessa - very patient and attentive girl, she answered all my hundred questions. Selena was so careful and professional. All the staff is amazing. Thank you for taking care of Mia and me and making us as comfortable as possible during childbirth!

I just has to share this experience that I recently had at this unpleasant hospital 😡… I truly don’t even know where to start , I guess I’ll just say what needs to be said the customer service patient hospitality is NOT present at this facility. The dental department does not answer there phones AT ALL! Nor do they return VM left, you wouldn’t even believe the scheduled surgery was for 8:30am && the doors to enter the department was locked && not opened till 9:15/20 oh let’s not forget it was...

I was treated in this hospital a while back and had to go back to the side building to get my medical records and the assistant was very mean and rude when I was filling out the form she gave me. I pointed out that I didn't know some words on it because English is not my first language and still she carried on mistreating me. People who have zero patience to others should not work in a place like this. She's very unprofessional.
