Texas Treatment Services is an outpatient medication-assisted treatment facility that provides methadone maintenance programs for adult men and women struggling with opioid withdrawal. Once the medication has stabilized the withdrawal symptoms that were making commitment to treatment difficult, the client will be encouraged to participate in individual or group therapies as well. The length of treatment through this program should last at least a year in order to be effective, but in general, treatment lengths are dependent upon the individual. Clients must be detoxed of any drugs prior to enrolling in a program here. The overall goal is to stabilize the client and reduce the symptoms they are experiencing. Opioid withdrawal often leads to a relapse solely because the individual wants to stop the discomfort or pain. When those symptoms are treated, the client is then able to focus on addressing the overall cause of their drug use and work towards a life of long-term recovery.

Compassionate staff! I credit the TTS team with providing all of the tools and knowledge I needed to live a stable life free of substance abuse. They didn't give up on me when I was at my lowest point and for that I am forever thankful.

I transferred from Medmark to Wichita Falls Treatment Services today. I have to say I was absolutely amazed by the whole experience! I’ve guest dosed there before and was impressed by how friendly and personable the staff are. The clinic in Fort Worth had so many clients that they didn’t have time to be friendly. They are overworked and can understand their frustration. That being said, I am already so glad to have made this transfer. The doctor out here is super genuine and easy to talk to....

Will lie on you. Can’t do there jobs right and get all the information they need then blame you and say you refused to give information to them. The director also grabbed me and pushed me out the hall when I tried to ask the front desk lady of the note in the system said I refused to give the information or it was missing. And when she said it just says missing. The director grabbed me and shoved me into a wall. Then just cut me off completely. It’s all on camera and will be contacting our la...
