Waited well over a month and a half to be seen, the provider cancelled the day before- sending me to square one. Upon rescheduling virtually, they bumped up my appointment by 20 minutes without even notifying me. If I hadn’t checked on it several times- they would have bumped me yet again. Horrible waste of care for primary care patients.

The Dr is great, but the office staff is terrible. It takes several calls to even get someone to answer. When you finally get through, they are very rude. Like your interrupting their day.

I showed up for my appointment right in time then the girl at the desk told me to wait and take a sit because they were busy, I checked in online, after about 20 minutes another receptionist checked me in and another 40 minutes go by and they never called me in. When I went up to the desk they just said they were gonna check on the doctor to see why she hadn’t called me yet. I had to leave to get my kids and they told me since this wasn’t my fault they would work me in on Monday, well that ne...

I haven't even went to my first apt but when I scheduled it the guy on the phone was very rude and I'd answer a question he had and he'd start laughing plus his coworkers also. I can't give it less than 3 stars because I haven't visited yet but better believe I will write another review on my first visit. If they gonna be rude or anything I will sew them for being a Terrible business because I know my rights!!

Completely misdiagnosed me and said it was because if she didn’t say I needed some form of treatment for alcohol DCS would ‘come for her’. Very unprofessional and while my clinician Shalisa was awesome and my psychiatrist Sherri is awesome . The whole Intake experience was faulty and they must have some type of alliance with dcs jus to get money out of it . 0 stars. Do better .

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early, checked in, then after waiting in the main lobby waiting area for about an hour I went back up to the check in desk to make sure that they had actually checked me in and they said "so sorry for the inconvenience she's running a little behind today, she'll be with you shortly", then another hour goes by now I been there for 2 hours! Then they call me up only to tell me "I'm sorry, but because you were 10 minutes l...

This place is honestly terrible. Called me several hours before my appointment to confirm. I confirmed. I’m 2 min away almost at the place for my appointment and they call me again. To confirm once again. I even told them I was right around the corner. Checked in on my phone and it let them know I was there. Didn’t have to go up last time to check in when it notified them and they called me up themselves. I paid 60$ to Uber there and back. Yet I somehow still missed my appointment. Never comi...
