We admitted my step daughter here with high hopes of recovery. When we checked her in they assured us that there would be Constant communication and we would be aware of any changes made. She was only there 2 weeks before they kicked my step daughter out. We had no idea why. We only got one email a week stating the things she did wrong. Durning our family sessions via zoom my step daughter seemed uncomfortable and didn't really want to talk. Within her first 7 days she was removed from her ro...

My parents placed me here in 2018 with no prior substance abuse. Counselors weren’t professional enough to see that it was too heavy of care for what I needed at the time. The place was very traumatizing. I got introduced to things I shouldn’t have. I had to go back to treatment 9 times after my stay at sundown. If they would have suggested the appropriate care it could have all been avoided. One of the assistant counselors named Jason had sexual relations with multiple girls. He bragged abou...

I recently admitted my daughter here, I was very disappointed in the services that we received here, especially dealing with the counselor Samantha, their was times where I would call and ask to speak to her and she would not call me back it was always a different counselor or a nurse, I also emailed her to call me and nothing! she never gave my daughter her mail we had sent her, and the only way I realized that was because the day they discharged her early to take her to a mental hospital i...

I went to Sundown Ranch back in 2016 i believe, when I went to sundown ranch they promised to be duel program that was also for mental health, they put me on weird drugs and misdiagnosed me, one time i fell asleep during AA because of all the drugs they had me on, they called the security and they picked me up and drag my body across the ground all the way to isolation building (very traumatic) which i was sent there for 4 days, they put you in scrubs and only give you a bible and to complete...

I had similar experiences to all of the one star reviews of this terrible place. This place gave me more trauma that led to my relapse. Now as a clean and sober adult, I recognize that what I went through at this facility was abuse. I did not realize it at the time because I was 17 years old and just thought that this was what normal rehab facilities were like. I was a patient there in 2007. Let me start off by saying that on their website, they advertise that they only treat patients ages 13...

Only cares about money. Attempted to overcharge me for admission. No help for my daughter. Shady, sneaky and conniving evil place. I was also blatantly lied to by staff and counselors. Cindy, one counselor swore to keep in contact if we needed to reach out then ignored all calls and texts. Paid these jerks a few thousand dollars. Wish I’d known it’s basically a scam.

I know people say this Rehab wasn’t the best but I went here and I had a good life experience, it had helped me grow and learned more about self-care and the tools i needed to use in life so I wanna thank everyone that had worked there and helped me, especially Mrs.Kim she was wonderful woman and courage me. She also bought me McDonald’s:)

This place deserves no stars because I was emotionally and physically abused there. A guy hit me in between my legs there. It has almost been two years now and I continue to relapse because of my experience there. Everyone was immature and some people try and fight you for no good reason. I never felt safe there and was there way longer than I expected. 97 days was the duration of my stay. Once I left, I felt more horrible because I didn't get the help that I really needed. My anxiety disorde...
