Patient morale and connections were very strong and the environment was supportive.

Overall, the facility was adequately okay for healing for some individuals.

Psych services listened to patient needs, though time with doctors was limited.

This place has been nothing but an absolute awful experience. Every single step of the way this facility has fumbled the ball with no remorse. First they hold my son for a significantly longer time than we were told. When it was finally time to pick my son up they were unclear and vague about his transportation home. This lead last minute confusion and left us scrambling to pick up my son. Then they send us a massive bill which my insurance should have covered. Come to find out insurance won’...

I went here when I was a teenager and I CANNOT begin to speak about how horrible this was. Being brought from an ambulance at 3 AM, nobody telling you where you are going and what's happening. I got there between 3-4 AM and the first thing they made me do was strip butt naked in front of a nurse, which was insanely uncomfortable. NOBODY was telling my parents anything, let alone me. I felt like I was in a jail cell. The nurses and doctors on the floor just expected me to "make it like home" a...

The psych services were okay. Patient morale and connections were very strong and very positive supportive environment. Could be a lot more groups for structure and help/resources. They often run out of supplies for patients which can get redundant and exhausting. The music therapist was rather abrupt and rude. Made me cry. The weekend doctor was curt and rude as well. The doctors don't spend much time with you but overall seemed to listen to my needs. Needs a lot more things to do for patie...

I have been hospitalized 8 times as an adolescent, 3 of which have been at Summit Oaks. (And that is how it will remain.) I arrived feeling hopeless, afraid, and so angry at myself. I didn’t say a word. I came with a red expo marker and a few pieces of paper to write on. After years of treatment, my re-hospitalization left me wondering why I even bothered. I was discharged today, and I’d like to give all of you a piece of my mind. This place sucked…except for Ms. Vanessa. I’m kidding. I loved...

We didn't want our child to go to this hospital because of the poor reviews. We are all accustomed buying and making decisions based on reviews. We had a hard time accepting my child will go to this facility based on reviews. For any parent out there struggling to make sense of these kids now in days you are not alone. My child went to this facility and the staff and doctors have been amazing and helpful. Great communication and they helped us understand every step of the way. My wife and I ...

I just had the most pleasant experience possible detoxing here. The nursing staff is caring even though they are working 12, or 16+ hour shifts. They are so helpful and never act like they are above you or like you are bothering them. So big thank you to my Dr. Bebe, the nursing manager Carrie, and the best nursing staff I've ever encountered Darrius, Nicole, Hannah, Karine, Jessica and if I didn't mention you by name I apologize. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart. You mad...

It was so hard to get updates on my mother. No one provided clear information on her condition. Discharge planning was poor…no follow up visits, and case management couldn’t establish home care services. The staff answer the phones as if it is their own homes. Nurses rarely ever come to the phone. I’m so disheartened by the way my mother was treated and how the staff behaved.

i came here during December of 2021. they didn’t help at all. i liked very few staff members because the rest were just rotten. they had no idea how to deal with my separation anxiety from family or my eating disorder. made my experience worse. outside in the courtyard the adults would look out and watch us just simply throw balls the entire time. they yelled at us during room searches to take down some of our art because it’s not a “art museum here.” never again in my worst days will i ever ...
