Staff doesn't care anymore. Good luck getting your meds and when you do finally get them its go to sleep until next meal. "Don't bother us we have too much paperwork " food sucks and staff don't care

The staff was amazing and made the process much easier. They were understanding and honest, and i highly recommend the detox center especially because of the staff. They would listen and give amazing advice and a variety of things. They were so kind and helped me discover myself and resources for a treatment plan and other resources that worked for me. Ray Ray (miss sunshine), Betty, Bob, Theresa, and Sharie who did my assessment. Really made the experience easier and helped encourage me to b...

One of the best IOP treatment centers in town. There’s only one other place I’d say ties with these guys, that’s up on garland. The people keep you accountable, with regular one on ones, and group check ins. Which I think is the most important piece, then the D&A Education. Most of us know all of that anyway though riiiight. They really do help you stay the course and make the changes you need to make. With the support it makes it a far easier experience.

RaeRae is awesome but the staff have a problem with communicating when it comes to being on the same page. Betty is rude and condescending. The environment itself was calm and relaxing. The cook was gone during my stay so there was no food.

I give one star only because I was told that I had to leave because my withdrawal symptoms were not bad enough to stay? this was after my meds for withdrawal! So kicked me to the streets. Employees were great, very nice and kind. However management was the opposite. They didn't care about me. They only cared about the money! Was a waste of my time, money, and effort. Big thanks for nothing

Very friendly people here. Positive environment. Counselors are very helpful and do all they can to help you. They do all they can to make you feel welcome and happy to be a part of their program. They do all they can to make sure your goals are met and you are not judge for your mistakes
