The staff goes above and beyond and truly care for their clients.

The counselors, particularly Karey and Janine, are phenomenal and deserving of a raise.

The clients feel respected and supported on a personal level.

So let's see for starters Karey has been my counselor going on 3yrs... Phenomenal!! She really deserves a raise....ALWAYS does the most to make sure im doing well . I have so much respect for that woman. The rest of the staff goes above and beyond at all times and know me and that makes it more on a personal level that they truly care and take pride in job performance.

I cant believe my DR referred me to these cucks! They called me and instructed me to call in every day at 8 seeking an appointment. What the heck? Why couldn't you just give me an appointment or put me on a waiting list and call me when one is available? Do you really need X amount of patients calling in daily like trained animals? Is that really a good work flow logistically? You are supposed to be treating symptoms like ANXIETY and are CAUSING it with your ridiculous policies.

The staff has been nothing but polite, warm and welcoming from my 1st visit. The Dr.'s and counselors are compassionate, and knowledgeable. They give 1 on 1 care.

Forget this dump. The employees are overworked, the supervision is poor, and they are all about money and billable services. I personally saw an employee say to another that the paperwork better be non stop, or employees could lose their jobs. Dr. Abhyanker died a few years ago, and when that happened, this place went into the toilet. Lots of luck. :(

Very welcoming. The only issue is the amount of time it takes to "get in and get out". Some of the doctors seem more like the bad cop of the whole good cop bad cop scenario, but a few of the doctors and the assisting people who work alongside the doctors, are very welcoming and understanding. It's just too bad there's only 1 doctor on duty each day. Completely understandable why some of the doctors would seem rather cold or ruthless, since they handle an unimaginable amount of patients per d...

My husband is currently here and I went to visit and I felt it was really scary when I first came, but I talked to a young lady and she was so helpful. The staff was very nice as I sat their at my visit I seen how they cared for other patients. I got comfortable as I continued my visit so I know my husband is in good hands.
