Nurse was very attentive and understanding but the actual doctor was rude and dismissive. He had horrible bedside manner and didn’t even take the time to talk to me or examine my condition. He misdiagnosed me entirely and provided no relief. I ended up going to Vanderbilt in Nashville where they correctly diagnosed me. I’ve only ever heard of people have bad experiences here.

Best ER experience ever. The physician we saw and the nursing staff were so diligent in their treatments and diagnosis. I wish I could remember all of their names, I have never walked out of an ER so confident and at ease. Thank you again!

Almost never answer the phone after days of trying, cancel appointments with little or no notice at all and then blame the patient, do not have enough providers, keep terrible records, didn't have a plan at all to replace pregnant providers, and if you have a difference of opinion at all - they refuse to treat you. Unethical, unprofessional, and unbelievable. After 5+ years of giving them every benefit of the doubt -- we're out. Any group that acts this disrespectful and unprofessional is li...

I Was taken here by ambulance for a fall on the ice, the ER dr never looked at me. Didn’t even come in the door. Stood in the doorway and asked me what he could do for me. I was addled from a concussion and couldn’t raise my head up, he didn’t even look at my head or do any neurological tests. Did a CT and told me nothing was fractured. I didn’t get to see my scans, they didn’t ask me about any medications, however the Dr told me I’d be fine I should have plenty of drugs at home, ugh I didn’t...

The er was extremely busy last nite, but my treatment was top notch! The 3 names I was able to get were Annalise,Kim and I think Mike, the ct man. Everyone was very kind and apologetic because of the delay, due to no part of them! 5 stars and donuts for all the er staff!

Was at the hospital for 5 hours for chest pain. Started with me being checked in and the lady did a few tests. Once she finished she told me to go to the waiting room despite me telling her my pain was at a 9 as well as being light-headed. Begrudgingly I went to the waiting room and waited for almost an hour with unimaginable chest pain. It wasn’t until I went to the registration desk crying did they send me back to lay in a bed. After that I did not get the rest of my tests for another hour ...
