My experience at this hospital was less Then pleasant. I came in hoping that it was just minor chest pains that i was having. Called the ambulance and told them that i wanted to go to New York Presbyterian Hospital( considering that i was 6 months pregnant) they stated that they didnt want to risk it because I was complaining of severe chest pains and it was too far of a commute. So the EMT Workers were helpful in assisting me in the ER. Upon arrival, on Wednesday December 28, 2023, I had to...

Triage is a 4hr wait. Sent back out for an additional 2hrs before seeing a doctor. Where is your staff or have staff that actually want to help and not waste ppl time and insurance away. The whole entire triage team needs to be fired immediately‼️not an ounce of customer service etiquette.

Their discharged routine is horrible. That's when you see how the nurses treat you they are rude and nasty when it's time to discharge you and unprofessional. My husband left yesterday and what was said to us on the phone by the second floor nursing staff was nasty and if I could be a part of letting that second floor staff go it would be my honor.. Even how they treated my husband roommate before he died was nasty all because he was sick, that man was losing oxygen and ringing that bell for ...

I was avoiding this hospital for many many years. My midwife is affiliated with this hospital and because I love her I went to SBH labor and delivery to give them a fair shot. I was blown away by the amazing service and care received. I had complications and was there for 30 hours until I delivered. Then had 2 days postpartum recovery. Every shift that came on was amazing. The midwives, doctors and nurses and anesthesia team were just wonderful. Unfortunately I don’t remember names but thank ...

I had an absolutely awful experience at this hospital and I recommend nobody come here if you’re feeling unwell. I came here because unfortunately it was the closest hospital to my job where I began feeling unwell at the time. I was taken into the E.R as I had unusual but strong head pressure, along with chest pains, heart palpitations, and feeling of passing out. I waited hours in this hospital to then end up receiving no answers. I waited forever in a chair thinking I was going to receive a...

This has to be the most unprofessional and rude ED Everyone is sitting around there are multiple vital sign monitors beeping I have been here at the ED since 11am I’ve waited approximately 3 hours to be triaged despite providing paperwork from urgent care After triage I was taken to the back in Pod and placed in. Space with another gen and his family Patient registration came and blurted out my personal information violating HIPPA ONCE I EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS ALL THINGS WENT DOWNHILL Juan is...

I’m saddened to say, the negative reviews you read about this hospital are correct. After seeing my primary doctor and becoming worse, I visited the ER with pain, nausea, chills, amongst other symptoms. I was in the waiting room for about two hours, then when moved inside placed in a chair for hours. The nurse, although kind to me, was clearly overwhelmed. I was sent for an ultrasound and upon being done, happened to glance at the screen the woman who performed my ultrasound was working on. I...

They should close this hospital down about 4 years ago I was involved in a very bad accident on broadway in the Bronx by BJs. I arrived in very bad condition when I woke up there was still glass in my mouth and full of blood I was in terrible pain called for a nurse and they ignored me. The emergency waiting room when I left looked discussting smelled like piss and very dirty. My parents showed up and helped clean me up and took me out of there. They will leave you to die in that hospital. I...
