This place has gone downhill so much. Recommend care anywhere else. Front desk is very rude and they will hang up on your calls and just say they’re busy. Everyone there seems like they hate their job and treats everyone like garbage. The only nice people are the counselors. Avoid this place unless your desperate. Pura vida is much better and nicer and accepts the same insurance and also is in Santa Rosa!

DAAC just down the street is 100% better and has no rude worker only super sweet people. I swear the desk people at SRTP are angry that they’re still working a front desk at 50 years old and take it out on every patient walking in. They make a mistake on their end and get angry like it’s my fault. Don’t get angry at your customers because you suck at your job. But that’s not our problem. We are addicts already going through a hard time. You guys need to be more compassionate and understanding...

I am rating this office at 100% plus. From the staff, owner, counselors to all dosing nurses. They truly saved my life more than once. I completed a 5 yr program and have been clean and sober for 8 yrs and 5 months. I still go by and see everyone to this day. Thanks to you all. Sherrie

Patient who are polysubstance users have a hard time reaching the most effective dose of methadone because there are limits to dosage increases if a patient test positive for other substances like methamphetamine.
