As a Navy Vet that needs to come here quite often for various things, I can truthfully say that the staff is so very courteous to and hard-working for us Vets. Also, it's a very nice facility. For you Vets (and friends / family members of Vets) that haven't been here yet but will be, you will love the views of San Francisco Bay, Ocean Beach, and Golden Gate Park from the hill on which the Hospital is located.

The Doctors were understanding...

Terrible communication. Flew out from Montana for my father's OPEN HEART SURGERY only to find out they rescheduled it for 2 weeks out. Sister rented an Airbnb to be here for him and his recovery. What can they do?! Batshite nothing. Here's a number for this and a form reimbursement possible paper not even guaranteed for that and useless apologies. Freaking unbelievable.

I wasn’t impressed one bit. The drive down from Santa Rosa was nice and long. Loved the scenery though. Well, I got to the Hospital and was already overwhelmed with all the cars and congested roadways with parked cars and movement of people walking all over the property of the hospital. I was lost had no idea where bldg. 200 was where my ct scan was. I called the hospital for assistance and spoke with the operator who flat out told me she couldn’t help me before I could finish my question on ...
