I'll be honest, there are things this facility struggles with... I'm not sure if it's due to poor funding or some weak links in the staff, but the professionals I've worked with have always been kind and accommodating, willing to help me in any way to navigate any difficulties I may face in making appointments or insurance or billing or anything else. The doctors and therapists have also always been affirming, validating, and make me feel truly heard.
