I was attempting to obtain medical records and before I could ask Vicky for it, she transferred without listening to me. It was very unprofessional. I called back and spoke with Jessica, whom was so helpful and provided me with the fax number to medical records. Original score was 1 star but glad Jessica was able to help me and hear me out first.

Lack of communication between staff. One shift would give my meds. Another said I never had them items were missing. Beds were uncomfortable it was freezing we slept in our coats no top sheet bottom she crumbles up in a ball sleeping on a plastic bed twin mattress share a bathroom with four ladies had to go. Everyone was on the toilet all the time Must go and get an a line to get your food. No one comes to your room to check on you. You have to go and stand in line at the bubble where the nur...

They lie and say they preform mental health services, but all they do is traumatize you. They push the fact that “you have an addiction and you have a problem” even if you didn’t go there for addiction and went for mental health. Over 5 years later I still have PTSD from the horrors that occurred here. Please NEVER let your children come here. The staff will force your child to lie and say they are fine (I was yelled at if I even hinted there was something wrong to my parents). The staff will...

I am the father of an alumni, who graduated last Spring 2019. From his experiences, I am extremely happy and grateful with his recovery program. I have been clean and sober over 28 years with lots of experiences with rehab centers. The help, knowledge and fellowship that I see in the people that work there are TOP NOTCH! Plus, the results of stay-at-home Zoom meetings have been very well received by the recent grads and is most encouraging to me. I stand in deep respect regarding the commit...

Cousin overdosed the next day after being released. That is unacceptable and not okay, A REHAB/DRUG/ALCOHOL TREAMENT FACILITY is suppose to help the patient YOU DONT KNOW HOW badly these patients want freedom from those toxins, consider yourself lucky to help these patients. This is what someone wants a decision. Completely unacceptable to give the green light to be discharged…… LEARN MORE. Terrible, all I’m saying as a team as a group is to be there for the patient. Please put your self in...
