I have now received treatment at this hospital three times. The first time was when I was admitted through the ER. The experience was excellent, from the moment that I greeted the security guard on duty, to the check in process, and during the stay in the ER, I received excellent care from all of the nurses, and doctors that went through the process of getting me admitted. After being admitted and taken up to my room the care continued to be top notch, my room was on the cancer floor and th...

Everything about this place is disgusting. A hospital should be clean and nothing about this place is clean. A bunch of drunks walk in and get seen right away but someone comes in with chest pains and they make you wait 3 hours. I don’t recommend this hospital go somewhere else!

I went into the emergency room and ended up having to be admitted! My experience in the er was awful! The medicine they gave me damn near killed me! Then I was treated like someone who just wanted medicine which was crazy to me because I don’t even do any drugs, never had them in my system or anything like that! Anyway, once I got upstairs, my nurse whose name was Amanda was great! She actually went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed! Let’s face it, no one wants to be in the ho...

The service was great . The staff was attentive and kind. When I awoke in recovery they had a cold apple juice waiting for me without requesting it. Just an all out great visit. Hit by a drunk driver as a boy I have had many surgeries most at RI Hosp. But the service I received on 1/2024 @ RWGH was second to none. Thanks to the incredible staff .. L.Santos

They are very unprofessional. I heard a nurse talking to a patient like if she didn’t care that the patient was in pain and they had me waiting in the waiting room for 6 hour in pain . They be telling people business infront of eveyone instead of bringing them to a room . Worst experience ever

Big tall security guard with ponytail tried to say that women are stronger and that’s why my excruciating pain wasn’t getting treated yet. Then he went on to say he had kidney stones. He then told me my issues aren’t big enough and maybe if I started bleeding they’d take me in

If you want good healthcare for yourself, your family, or loved ones, do NOT go here. This facility is incredibly understaffed, untrained, and unprofessional. I live out of state and my father was admitted here. I had medical power of attorney and could not get answers about anything related to his care. After countless attempts, I finally had to file a formal complaint in order to get any information about his care and to speak to a qualified provider. When I finally got to visit him, he was...

Amy Larenzo is the most disrespectful nurse I’ve ever met. She works in the ER and talks to patients as if they are a joke. My head is currently split open and she’s busy making side comments. Here’s one for example, “ugh I’m here until 11”. “Get off your phone”. “He’s picking his face”. Talking about me and my wound. She challenged me to spell her last name when I have a concussion. And was aggressive while trying to clean my wound. She
