This medication-assisted treatment facility provides medication and counseling to individuals living in Rochester and its surrounding areas of Austin, Stewartville, St. CHarles, Kasson, Pine Island, Spring Valley, and Owatonna. These programs are best for individuals who have already been through a detox center but may be struggling with symptoms of withdrawal. Those symptoms often cause a person to relapse, making successful treatments extremely difficult to achieve. Medications like suboxone have been used to minimize those symptoms, allowing individuals to achieve a better chance at remaining in treatment and staying sober longer. If clients require more intensive care, such as an IOP or inpatient program, they may be referred to a different, trusted facility so that they receive those treatments.

This is a good place to go if you're seeking methadone and suboxone with just the bare state minimum for treatment. The councilling staff is nice and can be extremely helpful but you've GOT to do your own work. Things work if you work them!!!

March '19 - assaulted by a patient in-clinic, unprovoked. Head smashed into retaining wall, didn't even see it coming. Sustained concussion, cranial hemorrhaging, severe memory loss continuing to date. Police/Paramedics on scene, ER via ambulance w/ police escort. Still waiting to hear from anyone re: outcomes. Jan. 28, '20 - man named Jenari strong-arms woman into giving him her medical marijuana. May 15, '23 - watched two clients shooting their take home methadone doses up, right out in the...

Kind, helpful people who care about your recovery. If you feel at a loss of where to go for help to end the monotonous cycle, you're looking at a very good option. Addiction doesn't judge, neither do they. Give yourself a break, more suffer from addiction than any of us realize!! Sober life can be hard, but it's worth it every day you wake up, living it!

After years you finally decide to get help you call to be told theres an Extreme waitlist you ask for direction of somewhere else to go to try and get help and basically get told Idk.....idk just seems like theres a short window. Where an addict is willing to get help instead of becoming another statistic

Everyone I have met that works there is really helping, and caring, except for Adam the director and basically anyone in the higher ranks. They only care about your money! They could not care less about your actual recovery! Even to the point where I felt judged even being there at all.
