Thanks to the many many staff who helped me during my several alcohol detox days. Although I had multiple stays, the staff was great help with managing and tweaking my medication, which made all the difference in the world. I have been cleaning now for five years and counting. Thanks for the hard work.!

I went to this facility for help with numerous things. Some staff was negative, not understanding at all, and insensitive. BUT the staff that are there and treat us like "somebody" definitely outweigh the bad. I am so thankful for the treatment I received.

They turn away my daughter because we had inc. When we called they said you don't have to have inc. But I hope they can help someone, but turn away someone in need of help,

The staff is completely unprofessional. This is a recovery response center where mental health should be a priority. Although, when you call to speak to them, they are short and inadequate at their jobs. They lack information and clearly show you they do not care about their patients nor family members of the patients. The hiring process should be more efficient to find employees who are happy to work there.

I had recently relocated from California to recuperate from a very traumatic year. My plan was to stay with my niece. That lasted three weeks before I had to leave. Now I found myself homeless in a part of the country I knew nothing about. After spending a few days sleeping outside in downtown Raleigh I could feel my mental and physical health suffering. I am 66 and the shock of so suddenly becoming homeless was unbearable. I went to WakeMed and told them I was having a mental health crisis ...

So this was my 2nd time going into this Program, and the 1st time around I came in Pretty late at night and I went through the intake process changed out, and then was told that I could not stay because I was not deemed being in crisis, even though I was detox ing from opiates during the process the whole time . Decided to try again and came back a couple days later and was admitted . When I asked them about why was denied before nobody could tell me and there was nothing written down on an...

It pains me to inform the public of the poor, inadequate operations of this site alone. I am a former employee of this site of R.I. and I am a successful Peer Support Specialist. I am also a recovering alcoholic/addict. This company has lost ( including myself) and is continuing to loose great Peer Supporters due to the lack of leadership, professionalism, compassion and respect for the recovering Peers working and for the ones that use to work for this site. The company states that the Peer...
