My boyfriend just called to see if you had any availability and the man that answered the phone immediately hung up on him. What kind of treatment facility hangs up on an addict seeking help?

This place is absolutely fantastic. Carolyn is one of the most caring people you will ever meet. She really cares and loves what she does. Robert and all of the other nurses are very helpful and knowledgeable in their professions. You receive great care and are treated with respect and dignity. Also, the food is home cooked. I recommend RTS to anyone who needs help in their recovery. Thank you to everyone who works there.

This is a wonderful program, but there are some things that are wrong. Overall, it's been a good experience. I am in the long term residential treatment program. Mr. L***, a counselor here, causes so many problems here for the residents. Unnecessary problems. He is rude, condescending, and offers no positive reinforcement. He will punish you for arbitrary reasons, or no reason at all, often not telling you why. He makes life difficult here, and isn't good for recovery. I don't know why they s...

Great program but can have a lengthy wait to get it and is one of the only detox's that I know of that gives you a very short admittance window and you get it on the day of, so very day you call to get in you better have your bags packed and ready to go

This is the absolute worst place! Carolyn is a joke! Using every patient’s Foodstamp cards for her own benefit… Disgusting. She cares about nobody but herself
