RBH saved my life on numerous occasions. They are human, with flaws all unique to their ages, conditions, and prior experience. The inpatient hospitalization teaches acclimating to a group of people that all had episodes unique to the timeline of others in the unit assigned. Outpatient program teaches committing to goals and further recovery, while allowing space to work on personal matters. They offer references to all walks of life, and the business office is quite willing to help those w...

This place is not a place of healing. They strip you up almost all of your belongings you cannot even have a comfort blanket. On top of that even if you cut the strings out of your hoodie you can’t keep that either because God forbid I’m gonna hang myself with a hoodie. They treat you like you’re a criminal it’s humiliating and degrading. After they take all of your personal stuff you’re then forced wait in the waiting room for hours. Finally, when they get you a bed which is a generous term ...

I recently had a family member in this hospital and found the staff to be very helpful. Particularly, Kelle A who was knowledgeable and kind as she answered many questions and calmed my anxiety. She earned every star with her professionalism and thoughtfulness.

the quality of stay really depends on if you get lucky with the unit and staff. some of the techs are amazing people others arent but my main gripe is the system as a whole. it isnt therapy. its just to monitor you so you dont off yourself and maybe send you back if you’re obedient enough or beg enough. and the admission process is horrible. after the questioning is done (which that alone can take an hour or more) ive been made to sit there for hours with nothing. i didnt have trauma response...

Girlfriend had to stay there for a week about a month ago. They lost all her valuable items a 500 dollar ring and expensive headphones. They refused to help multiple times and will hang up on me. I'm convinced that even if they didn't steal it there still awful people and a horrible company that steals from the people it's supposed to help

I took my oldest son there for evaluation, detox. He was very paranoid, hallucinating, hearing voices. He hadn't slept or ate in days. They let him go and later that night he attempted to kill a family member and was shot to death by police. The website says they're available 24 hours through phone and text, NOT TRUE AT ALL!!
