I spend 60 days at the recovery works program in Columbus and it was an amazing experience. I was broken beaten down and destroyed to my core when I walked through their doors but with time and a lot of help and effort they helped me transform myself into a better person. I would 100% recommend this program to my friends and family. The staff is wonderful and always there to help you no matter what the task. They are ran by different people now. New ownership of something. I was there in 2022 and the food was amazing (Don't be fooled by the pictures, the don't have the coke & sprite fridge.. it's replaced by a bubly water fountain that doesn't even flavor the water, the food is like what you would get in Jackson Pike. The chef is gone. They don't order in the catering anymore. The A/C is always out and they give you box fans which may have helped when it was 2 to a room. It's 3 people to a room. ...

They cut out all the things that made it an enjoyable rehab which made it easier to spend time at. They cut costs and it reflects in the whole atmosphere. The nurses treat you HORRIBLY. They exert control over smoke breaks to the point you can't just enjoy your cigarette. Pre-2022 it was like a luxury rehab. Between then and now it's just a knock off maryhaven with a shiny exterior.

This place is phenomenal. It changed my life, and is the best rehab in Ohio in my opinion. If you are thinking about where to go, this is the place, it's second to none. I can't sing the praises enough for this place. Ms. Sam is a world class counselor can help you change your life. Don't pass it up!

This facility is capable of helping individuals in need. Unfortunately, there are other individual who is extremely rude, uncaring, and only in it for themselves. I had a horrible experience exiting the facility. Shalamarr Is extremely rude and unprofessional! She should not be working in this facility as she takes everything very personally. I have filed a grievance with corporate office and fully intend on following up. The nurses were very nice and courteous Unfortunately, her actions hav...

I am graduating from this amazing program today and heading into Sober Living. I went to the residential treatment facility and then completed the PHP. It has been a wonderful experience and I have learned so much about myself that will help me to stay sober. All of the staff members have been great to me and I appreciate them so much. Thank you, everybody!
