Had a great first visit at this facility and am glad to be a returning patient. The floors and balls are very clean along with the bathrooms, which you like to see in a hospital. Labs didn't take long at all and the staff were all very proficient. All my questions were answered and then some and I felt like they cared about my needs. Glad to have a facility that seemed to take veteran health seriously.

Worst VA in America. They have lied to us, mistreated us, and their employees even Yelled at woman as she helped her disabled husband. This organization makes us all wonder, Are We Used then Mistreated Worse than Enemies? Please VA, have one employee in the entire organization be held Accountable and Do Their Job Helping Veterans.... And yet, there is still No Help for us who Actually Earned their VA Care.

I recently checked in to the Emergency Room of the Raymond Murphy VA Hospital with a high fever and difficulty breathing. They admitted me with pneumonia and flu virus. I received excellent care and have had a quick recovery. Also in the past year I had a colonoscopy with polyps removed, and the procedures was done very well with no problems. My experiences with them have only been positive. The staff is professional and caring.

I visited the ER and the regular hospital. I had a great visit each time. Even though the internet was down, they did all they could to make my visit short in the ER. The doctors and staff were really helpful and took good care for me.

2/21/24: First time at this facility - I usually use the community care center in Farmington. Excellent facilities and care here. They were able to schedule several items all on the same day so I didn't have to make more than one long trip there. Everyone I had contact with was cheerful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering my questions. Good food on site in the Patriot Cafe, which has both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Appointments met right on time. Pretty quick service at radiology (...

I have been going to the VAMC, Albuquerque, since 1996 when I got out of the Navy! I went through some providers that were okay… but not in tune with the military culture! Like, bye. Then one day years ago I met Dr. Janice Kando, Women’s Health. She has always made me feel like I’m the only person on earth that matters. Dr. Kando has gone above and beyond for me, even though she didn’t need to! She is not only the most intelligent and connected person I’ve been so blessed to come in contact ...

One of the better VA hospitals out there. They are helpful and have a great team, especially their mental health team, audiology clinic and dermatology. Only downside is that dermatology appointments are about 5 months for appointments, however not their fault.

I have come here for years and have received a mixture of good and bad service. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. This facility is far more better than the VA in New Orleans though. Plenty of parking even on the side streets. Disabled accessible. I got a new staff doctor and the lack of care continues. I am in so much pain. If I had the money, I would go to another hospital for care.
