I've recently taken a loved one here. I was told as long as my name is listed in his paperwork that I could call and get updates on his progress. It's going on day 3 and I have yet to hear from anybody! I've left several messages. I was also told that he would be able to call out, I know I would have heard from him by now if that were the case. I decided to look here for some sort of help with getting a hold of an advocate or someone for help with my issue and came across these reviews! Im in...

Believe the reviews. Let them be a cautionary tale to learn from. For anyone who is struggling this is NOT the place to send them. They will make it worse. My loved one went in voluntarily after a mental health crisis. He was not suicidal at admittance and we were told VERY CLEARLY he could voluntarily stay for 12 to 24 hours and leave at any time. We as a family encouraged him to stay overnight so that we could get our own protocols in place and for him to get some resources and some space. ...

The worst mental health hospital we have EVER dealt with. My sister has Bipolar and she's had to stay at a several different mental health hospitals since 2016. Anytime my sister tried telling them she wasn't feeling good or that something wasn't right they would completely disregard her and told her she was fine. She was here for three weeks, and in all that time they couldn't help her. She was so drugged up by all the medications they gave her and when we tried to request they release her s...

I have completed the PHP program at Rainier Springs. I have found the entire staff here to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be the lunches offered, but I wasn't there for the food for my body, I needed soul food. That's why I gave them 5 stars. I would recommend this outpatient program for anyone experiencing extreme anxiety! Shout out to counselor Melissa

This facility deserves zero stars. I would absolutely NEVER recommend going to this place for anyone! I was admitted for a mental health crisis, and the disorganization and delay in receiving care was absolutely awful! The staff were so negligent and did not give me any instructions whatsoever when I got there and had no idea how things worked. The staff offered me zero help. I had no idea what was going on or what I was supposed to do, and due to the lack of attentiveness and care, I was for...

came here in oct 2023. I came in and was a clear threat to myself and couldn’t keep myself safe. My belongings were lost for four days and I was discharged against my will because “not wanting to be around[my abuser] was not a reason to be here” I was told to call my abuser to get numbers so i could call to have someone pick someone me up, despite me saying how horrible a idea that was as i was trying to get a restraining order on them. The waiting time is extremely long, and in the actual wa...

99% of the staff were incredible and great. However, 2 PCA’s, Kara and Chyna threatened a patient with physical violence, Chyna escalated multiple interactions into her yelling at patients, and both of the PCA’s talked down upon multiple patients within 10 feet of them. This took place in the sunrise unit. Following these events, 5 patients, including myself called the patient advocate, Amy Weber, to report what had happened. In response to this, rainier springs decided “coaching” was the p...

Staff was caring for the most part. I was very scared to go there, but felt a little more comfortable once I realized how things work there. I did need some FMLA paperwork filled out and submitted by the doctor so I could receive pay for being off work, but unfortunately the doctor did not submit and I was rejected. That was very disappointing. Clean facility food was ok.
