If I could give zero stars, this place would definitely deserve it.
All they do is bark orders to you, even if you comply because "People don't listen."
This place is a cash cow operation. The staff thinks that just because you are an addict or poor, they have the right to mistreat you and talk to you in any old way they want.

This place is a "Self help facility." I came here to get placement in a 3/4 house. I gave the social worker the list I had. She said that's what I would have given you. They only have 1 phone. In their mind they are "helping." At the end of the day "You must help yourself." They do not do 3/4 house placement.
Make sure you bring a carton of Newport cigarettes, so you can be the next Scarface in here. They barter cigarettes and other things like they do in prison. You will pay $1.00 for a cigarette, and you must have one dollar bills because the snack/pop machine only takes dollar bills and doesn't give back change.
The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing at all times. I asked for my cellphone and I was bounced between Mr. Lo***** and Ca*******. They both said it was not their responsibility. There has been occasions where the staff didn't make enough food for everyone.
There is detox. Detox is detox. You can't really mess up detox except when there is a miscommunication and you won't get your meds. The nurses at night sometimes will not give out night medications and you have to double up on them in the morning.
The rest of the program consists of 1 class. They teach you no life skills or coping mechanisms. The people sit around all day and do nothing but smoke, take medicines, and watch tv. Then patients fight constantly on whether they should watch movies or sports.
They have exercise equipment, but the padding on them is worn down. There is no electricity to the treadmill and bicycle.
I am diabetic, and they do not serve diabetic friendly meals. I had a high carb dinner. I had to twist To**'s arm just to call the nurse. The nurse on staff proceeded to fight with me and prevented me from checking my blood sugar even though my vision was blurry. To** promised to write me up and put a note in my file.
Someone from NA said that when he went in there he actually got higher than he was on the streets. It's between my regular meds, detox meds, and Seroquel. I am higher than a kite. I'm groggy and I caught myself having full conversations with people who aren't there in my sleep.
I was being proactive about looking for a 3/4 house. I have been in detox for 3 out of 5 days so far. Ca******* didn't even finish my intake paperwork. Now I have to wait for her to do the paperwork before I can even move in. There are only 2 overworked social workers for 60 people. They need more social workers there. Ca******* jumped on the issue and resolved it once it came to her attention.
By far, Ji**** is the best monitor they have. He is a fellow addict and he understands our plight.
Ca******* is very prompt on acting on issues when they come up to her attention. She is very overworked, so you have to be patient with her.
Lastly, I overheard a patient admitting to the fact that he smoked crack in the facility. The patients pocket pills so they can sell them to other patients.

This place is a lying clinic and one of at least 3 in Detroit. I never have EVER threatened a person there or brought in weed. I may have smelled like weed before. 8 months ago I left on my own terms because I had a serious fentanyl habit and this place acted like 45 mg was enough to fix me or even stabilize me and it was not and now they will not let me re-enroll because they said I threatened them and have a middle man that will talk to me only the owner will not call me.

In Oakland county for about 17 years or so I had zero infractions not even one written contract infraction and since I have moved to Detroit I have had three clinics disrespect me for my political views and not literally falling in line with every demand they make and any mistakes they make nothing happens to them one mistake made by me my whole life gets flipped upside down by filing a grievance I lost my first clinic and since then other clinics have literally put hands on me beat me and threw me out the door on my first day and I have been told that it must be my fault even though the statistical anonymally points towards Detroits clinics and lack of treatment for a worsening opiate crises. People aren't just overdosing now they're losing limbs within a month. These clinics are all about making money and lying when they have to to clear up spots for people that they feel will be easier to deal with.
There is absolutely no other explanation as I never once threatened anybody here and I never once brought weed in and definitely never admitted it if I did because I didn't even know. Any clinic willing to lie like this and put people out in the street for their own death to happen does not deserve to be even called a recovery clinic. They want you to show up to those groups no matter what so they get paid when I was there last time they didn't even have a therapist for me they technically did but he said I don't have time to see anybody.
I never threatened him we were really nice in fact that therapist was a very good guy seemingly. but that's just one example of how they can break the rules but they will lie and then stack things up against you and then tell you that if other facilities are doing this to you it must be your fault even though they're obviously communicating and breaking HIPAA laws.

Joining the outpatient program at QBH has been 1 of the best decisions of my life, and I would recommend this program to ANYONE battling opiate addiction. The staff is wonderful and caring literally every person, and the counseling staff is amazing and SO SUPPORTIVE. The owner genuinely cares about the clients and their needs being met. If you are ready to be honest with yourself and change your life, Quality Behavioral health will guide you in the right direction you need to go.💯💯

Had a friend go here, sketchy would be a compliment. A lady called and demanded I bring his bridge card by the end of the day..
Why he wasn't going shopping?! He left due to the people staying there discussing how they were going to run fentanyl out of the halfway house. Staff sit on phones and ignore patients. The meds he was prescribed previously that were checked in...disappeared. Clothing was stolen. Will be following up with the State on this racket.

Be ready to hand wash your clothes in a 5 gallon bucket, bring your own towel they never have any and be ready to get a bridge card or they'll kick you out. No phone calls and you'd be lucky to see a counselor 2 or 3x the whole 30 days. Place is trash, it sucked so bad I never want to use again. Cause I never want to go back. I honestly don't know how the received their accreditation status to be a non profit when that's all it is. They went on Medicaid and changed my address to QBH and had t...

This place saved my life, being humble and honest with myself able me to recover. No recovery is the Ritz Carlton , there will always be something bad that you may think about any place. If you truly want recovery, it don't matter where you go, you'll find it!! In addiction we were on the streets Slowly committing suicide eating out of garbage cans. But when someone wants recovery they feel that there are owed something. My suggestion is to be humble and honest with thy self...

I was hired here years ago before the Medbury office officially opened, I was very sceptical of the office ( something was off).
