Staff and director care deeply for their clients.

Many staff members are in recovery themselves and can provide firsthand experience and knowledge.

The program is rewarding and effective for those committed to change, with long-term successful recoveries reported.

This place seems to be mostly concerned about booking hours and punishing you long enough and drain your bank account. They drag on treatment and make decisions well after the fact on a low positive from alcohol. When that was not the DOC. They say it’s a family program, but the only family part is where everyone else has to work to pay for the treatment that drags on and on and is less helpful and more punitive.

Great program multiple close friends of mine went through this program and are still very successful in their recovery today. The program is what you make it if you come in ready for change with a good attitude then it will work great. The program is what you make of it here if you have a piss poor attitude then I would not doubt you had a bad time here. But the program is great and it has helped many people with staff and a director that care for their clients.

I attended this place and received 150 hours of intensive Outpatient Treatment and found it absolutely very rewarding and amazing the staff are excellent very laid-back most were in recovery themselves and can speak firsthand to the experience and knowledge that they are teaching I would also like to mention that I am still sober and abstaining from alcohol since Dec 2014 was my sobriety date. And 5 years and 3 months later I can be the proof needed to show this program works. Thanks PCC staff!

I personally found both the addiction and mental health professionals very helpful. They may be tough, but they always have the clients best interests at heart and will bend over backwards for their clients. I have been to multiple treatment centers and pcc is the only center where I was actually able to change the thinking behind my addictive behavior.

It is my understanding that folks who are giving this business bad reviews are the ones who aren't ready to start recovery. One guy posted that he had to attend two nights per week instead of one.... just as an example. I know at least 25 people who have successfully completed treatment at PCC that have multiple years in recovery. If you need help with your mental health or chemical dependency issues, give PCC a try. If you need treatment to avoid prison or jail, then maybe try somewhere else...

This place is only after the money. No matter if you have a problem or not, they will tell you to attend. I've known several non alcoholics that have gone there for assessments and they all get the same results - you need to attend sign up now. What a joke. I have counselled alcoholics for 25 years. It's a shame to see such an exploration of the system.

Under shroud of misfortune, 'twas grace that prompted my particular matriculation. Despite my own inability to participate fully, both of fault and flaw, there lives only praise and gratitude in my heart for P. C. C.

Received assessment. Was told by assessor Todd to schedule intake to start evening program. 5 business days later when I called, the receptionist said I have different results and was not to attend there. The inpatient program they suggested was against my geographic necessities as I made clear since I plan on keeping my career in healthcare. I am absolutely disgusted with this abuse of information and lack of professionalism.
