Positive Sobriety Institute believes that addiction is a disease that affects the entire person and their surroundings, and if left untreated, it can be deadly. Because of this, they take a multidisciplinary approach to recovery and offer access to trained professionals who have worked in the industry for years and are able to provide the most effective, up-to-date services available. Though their program is open to anyone, Positive Sobriety does have specific treatment tracks for working professionals, lawyers, athletes, executives, and dentists. Recovery programs will include group therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, yoga, meditation, family therapy, relapse prevention training, and continuing care services. Clients will be taught anger management techniques, positive hobbies, coping skills, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
