VERY satisfied with the service and care provided at this facility! My practitioner answers every question I may have and is great at explaining things and anticipating my questions. I feel like I’m his only patient in the world when I’m being seen, knowing he has probably already seen numerous others that same day, if not 1 or 2 others at the same time. With numerous support services offered and a convenient pharmacy, I highly recommend this clinic for treating your whole body and mental wel...

The level of professionalism seems to decline here by the visit now. That’s pretty sad because I’ve been seen here for 6 years now. If it was not for my actual doctor and nurse tech I would have been stopped coming here. The housing and case management departments are laughably a waist of time. They literally cost me 300$ last year and guess what I’m still homeless behind their lack of communication skills. The in house pharmacy is a plus but just don’t expect to much.

The absolute worst since their expansion. The doctors & mental health ppl they’ve hired should not work here, extremely unprofessional. The show lack of empathy and does not care about anything but will run that insurance up. I will never utilize this company ever again. Dr Dustin Hall MD should lose his license the way he cares & treat his patients, I feel discriminated on so many levels. Stay away!

OMG, no no bad reviews. From parking to picking up the medicine, everything was PERFECT. When I arrived I didn't know much, so the security lady took me to the customer service desk (she was very polite). The customer service girl was very patient and polite. Afterwards I was seen by Shawn - prevention, he was very patient, very polite and nice. Afterwards Mss Shavon took care of me with so much kindness and education, that I was enchanted by her manner. She even took me to the pharmacy to ma...

I've been going to Positive Impact for over a decade and I'm disappointed with how it's gone downhill. Very unprofessional, loses information, causes prescription medicine confusion, higher-ups are hard to contact to address the issues. Go ANYWHERE else for help

Absolutely ridiculous. Disorganized, mismanaged, no communication at all. My partner is now going his second round of missing several days of a needed medication because this place can't get it together...it needs to be fixed immediately. Similar situation back in January with bad communication between dr/case worker/pharmacy. This time a Rx refill was called in to his case worker...who swore it was put in...and was transferred to the pharmacy to confirm...this was Thursday 2/9....pharmacy th...
