It's an okay facility, but the "groups" are basically nothing ( except the weekend) . It's mostly just a place to get pysch med prescribed. I was on Grey Hall for whatever reason. I wanted more addiction groups and therapy, but I think they do them on Brown Hall. Idk. Staff is mostly great, but they cater to the fit throwing and ppl that behave and actually try to get overlooked. I asked to zip ties and a curtain several times and gave up, but ppl cussing staff got them and got staff to buy ...

I was in Grey Hall for 10 days and it was a very helpful hospitalization. Food is better than at other hospitals, there are numerous smoke breaks and fresh air breaks, television to watch that includes YouTube and FreeVee. Techs are professional and helpful, you see the doctor on video call daily and they offer group therapy and individual therapy. Overall really was a pleasant stay and will return if needed in the future. Huge bonus, most rooms are single bed and you have access to your ver...

I really enjoyed working at this facility. If you are looking for something long term this is not the place to go. The highest of administration will fire u for no reason and will not listen to you. I have also seen them have a meeting in front of patients and fire u and humiliate u in front of everyone. There are people they have hired to snitch on you and they will lie on you and be nice to you in your face. This facility apparently don’t believe in writing anyone up or give verbal wa...

I wanted to like this inpatient facility, but it is so short-staffed and haphazardly run that I just can’t give a glowing review. I was lied to from the get-go and told I would see a psychiatrist daily. I saw Dr. Singh 2 times in 9 days. They bring in a nurse practitioner the rest of the time, not an actual doctor. I was also told I’d have individual and family therapy sessions. I didn’t sit down with the counselor at all during my stay. The medical doctor doesn’t come until 10 or 11 o’clock ...

I was also told I’d have individual and family therapy sessions. I didn’t sit down with the counselor at all during my stay. The medical doctor doesn’t come until 10 or 11 o’clock at night when you’re trying to sleep so that was frustrating. A patient that tested positive for COVID was placed in the room next to me instead of an isolation room on a different hallway and was out in our hallway on a couple occasions exposing several other patients to potentially get COVID. We were not informed of the potential exposure risk at all. Groups were poorly controlled and not very educational. If detox and med management is what you need, this is a place to go. If you’re looking for an actual treatment center, this is definitely not the place to go. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The food is pretty good though. I do have to give big praise to the 3-11pm crew though - Sharena, Greg, Clyde, Ebony, and Nehemiah are all awesome techs and made the stay bearable. Some of the other staff in the mornings and on weekends sometimes had attitude issues and talked down to patients. Overall, if you’re looking for med managementand detox, I would recommend Willis Knighton’s rehab center on Line Ave instead.

Terrible place to get help. You call up there and they make it sound like the Hilton then when you get there they strip you of everything no cell phone no nothing everything you get at their disposal only trust me I realized very quickly I was in another Medicaid traphouse of rehab. Seems to be the norm here in Louisiana. They talk to you terribly treat you like a child and enjoy doing it. There is also alot of people there burnouts and some just for the paycheck. Sickening. I would not recom...

Essentially a prison. I was told by the warden that it was "his prison." I was told by Administration that the purpose of this place is to "break you. To make you feel as low as possible, so you will know that you are truly at the lowest of lows". If that's healthcare, i do not recognize it.

The worse place ever. If you care about your love one’s, do not ever send them here.
Ms Gloria is one to stay away from.
Been beaten by a patient from the psych ward (do to her), degraded and treated with utmost disrespect..
I left July of 2021 and this horror house will never leave my nightmares and thoughts.
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
