The therapy itself is adequate, and some therapists are well-liked by their patients.

Just started going to Pheonix Rising a couple months ago due to my old Psychiatrist passing away. I was devastated because I loved my old Psychiatrist. But ever since I started at Phoenix Rising, I honestly hate it so much. The Psychiatrists don't even listen to your concerns. They just brush it off like it doesn't matter which DOES NOT help a patient but clearly they don't care about their patients. Another thing that is highly annoying and frustrating is when you call in NO ONE ever answers...

Let me just say I am so glad my therapist is moving offices. I love my therapist, we clicked immediately, but the facility and RECEPTION STAFF are HORRID. Very RUDE and not helpful at all. They don't pay attention to your insurance or if you have a copay so they wont bill you at the time of your visit LIKE THE SIGN IN THEIR OFFICE SAYS THEY'LL DO and then send you a bill for $2000 A YEAR LATER AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY IT ALL. I cannot wait to get out of there and follow my therapist elsewhere.

This place has screwed me over time and time again. The therapy itself was just fine but trying to get an apt and call for medications has been awful. I had to get a drug screening and they never gave me the medication nor did they call me back. They could send me a bill but not get back to me. Will not go back.

Terrible! I have been going here for 6 months so that I could be treated for my ADHD and I literally have not received any medication for it at all. I'm told that I will start my medication when they receive paperwork from my doctor and for the past 2 months, almost 3 I still haven't receive any meds. They claim to have never receive the paperwork they needed but my doctor says that they not only faxed over the information but mailed it as well! Once everything got settled, I have received m...

Let me first say I love my dr I been seeing her for years! - sadly this office has gone down hill drastically! I called on Monday for a Pa for a medication I take and was going to be out in a few days! Knowing working in the medical field that this can take some time and had to be patient ! - called again weds left another message asking to please send the Pa Paperwork to the ins company! (I called the ins company every single day to see if received or even a call, nothing) - I thought well...

Terrible place to go for mental health. I am going here for ptsd, anxiety and adhd. It took 6 months for me to be treated for my ADHD. I was told after calling multiple times the first time that I didn't receive my medication bc they hadn't received everything they needed from my doctor. Mind you, this was after being screened and tested and waiting 3 weeks when I was told that I wouldn't have to wait longer than a week. After waiting another 2 weeks, I called again and was told that they w...

Dr. Morris is terrific and I would recommend her outside of Pheonix Rising. If she practiced outside of PR, I would be see her. If your looking for KAP Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, this is not your place. The CEO Lisa Grubbs lets the nurses run this show and its a horrible experience. You receive zero therapy, crammed in a tiny noisy room sometimes with a complete stranger to also receive Spravato. All you get is the medicine and that's it. The nurses really don't know what they are...

Personally, I had a nice go of it. They were really gentle, from the front desk to the lady I talked to in order to properly set up an appointment for a therapist, she was nice and considerate, and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was saying, she even helped me call my ride because I don’t have phone service, she was very nice. I have terrible social anxiety but I felt decently comfortable around everyone here, and I look forward to getting therapy here. Edit: A month later. Co...
