I would give 0/5 but I cant. I was sent there about a year and a month ago and it was horrible, the staff was ignorantly rude, they would not let me get up for water when i needed to. On top of that, a male worker, (i dont know his name anymore) , would ask me what i was talking about after i answered a question he asked, and when i told him the answer to that second question, he raised his voice at me and told me never to say that. Mind you, i didn't say any cuss words or threats. One female...

My daughter spent 7 days here! Im contacting the mayor and my Lawyer now! This place is ran by people who sit on there phones watching TikTok letting kids fight and fight with staff members pulling girl hair out! The staff curse the kids! My daughter has been dealing with depression and overdosed about one month ago was on a ventilator we almost lost her we sent her to WoodRidge saying there going to do therapy but my daughter said all the did was school work for 2 hr and watch tv all day! Horrible experience. One creepy old white nurse with blue eyes yelled at me for not taking a shower on my first night there, even though they hadn't given my stuff back that night. No staff-patient communication. Only saw therapist once, and all we did was watch a youtube video. Every staff member was rude and selfish. Would give 0 stars if i could. Find somewhere better for your kids. I was 13 at the time, and they treated me like garbage. The female dr was nice enough but the male was creep...

I went to this facility roughly 3 years ago. The staff is mixed some are great and some not so much. I was in residential and absolutely adored my therapist. But they completely mistreated me. I have autism and would try to get certain foods i couldnt eat off my diet which they refused then tried to claim I was anorexic because I was refusing to eat. One time i had a panic attack because they refused to let me go to bed even though I was highly dosed with Trazedone (300mg) and one of the staf...

The staff was great with contacting me about med change and answered any and all questions I had. They were very patient with me being a worried mom about my son's stay there. I would recommend them to anyone. I've seen all the bad reviews on here and can't believe why some of them are even on there. Great job staff, I appreciate everything you have done for my son.

I got sent here when I was 10 as a patient. First I was put into the first ward, which was for 13+ and then I had to go to ward no.2 and there was a specific staff member. Her name is Ms/Mrs. Brenda and she was extremely abusive. She would yell at us for acting like a normal, mentally well child. Once My 2 friends left I started "acting right" and she said "Now that that bad influence is gone, you're acting right" I was so annoyed, but happy, because, I know I will NEVER come back to this hor...
