***Long review*** When I first found out I was going here for treatment, I won’t lie I was very nervous and concerned. Seeing all the bad reviews on here made me wonder whether I should go outside of the springs. I decided I would give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did! Honestly these people don’t get enough credit for all the care they do. The therapists, psychiatrists, doctors, and techs went out of their way to make sure I was properly cared for. Special shout outs to Tee the tech that I ha...

This place was awesome. The staff treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I feel they were very professional. They took me from a dark place and gave me hope. I hope I can make them proud and keep myself away from alcohol. Thank you for being there for me.

I have been here multiple times, let's face it life gets hard. Here you're greeted with kindness and compassion. Unit 200 was where I was and Everett and Ryan, the day and nighshift nurses were so unbelievably attentive. They truly care about the people they serve. Dana and Morena were the techs during my stay and are absolutely Rockstars. I wish there was more therapy throughout the day as it would make the time there more valuable.

Bad reviews come from involuntary patients that have been brought in on holds because they weren’t able to stay safe. Family reviews are from an uneducated side of things. Mental health is just like medical health. If you are looking for help and are willing to participate in your own treatment, this place not only helps you but sets you up for success. My cousin left with medication prescriptions, information about those meds and after care appointments that her insurance covered. It’s hard ...

This is the worst mental health facility in Colorado. The staff which.includes assessment, intake especially, a woman named J...., awful in patient care and incompetent doctors for starters. Do not bring your loved ones here. There are much better options outside of Colorado Springs. The area is -1 stars as this facility is. The intake people have no empathy for the caregivers as they were notorious for putting your daughter back in your hands . I wish I could say more.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! They will refuse to communicate with either of you. They will try to force them to sign extended holds even if your loved one doesn’t need it. They will speak to you condescendingly while kidnapping your loved one. Doctor southerland* will not return phone calls in a timely manner. It’s been two business days since I left a voice mail with her. They told my husband they’re “too busy to help him” and have distress...

Wouldn't reccomend anyone use this place. One of their employees was staying at a friend of mines home who was openly gabbing on their phone about their "stupid" psych ward patients. pretty intelligent of them if you ask me since they just started working there. Luckily for them I was just dropping off some stuff to a friend, but if that's how their employees talk off the clock, I don't want to know how they talk on the clock.

Nurses and staff were cool. Food was decent, Tiff and Alana are amazing so is Wyatt (400 block) however the discharging doctor kept trying to get me to stay longer than my mandatory hole which was 72 hours I can't do the family to take care of
