I'd just like to thank Summer for truly believing in me and being an all around great person and I apologize for assuming your age but at least I was close. I've been around fake individuals and although I did not belong at this place, she was sincere and I wish the best for her. She is a fantastic person and deserves more in to life than what she gives. it's people like this that remind me that there are good people in the world. So even if I didn't belong here, at least i learned something ...

My experience here was great. I was in a place I didn't want to be, but need to be. I was glad that I choose Palm Point. I have been in other facilities and this was by far the best one. The Mental Helth Techs, Nurses, and Doctors were fantastic. I was treated as a human with real needs and not just another patient with issues. They listened and I felt as though I was truly cared for. I hope to never need that level of care again, but if I do, I know where to go.

From Marica Elliott …I spent three weeks in intense aftercare following inpatient treatment . it was a wonderful experience with Marilyn, Randall, and Ziggy, group leaders and Admin. It is something I recommend for anyone wanting to follow through on mental health growth. Topics were interesting and straight out of Psych 101’ in other words basics useful to everyone in treatment. Handouts were helpful. Group members brought variety to discussions; the group was composed of participants w...

I have to put it out there that Palm point is amazingly well run and has an admin team that is great and supportive. This is easily the best I have ever worked at. Great team to work with.

Going to Palm Point was the best thing I ever did for myself and my kids. My thoughts on a “mental institute” were so different than what Palm Point proved to be. I was expecting bad technicians, bad food, screaming patients, ect. However, this was the complete opposite. The technicians were amazing, caring, understanding. The food was WAY better than I thought it would be. Plus food accommodations if needed. Shoutout to the kitchen staff! The nurses, specifically nurse Chris and nurse Diane ...

I’ve received both their inpatient and outpatient services and have had positive experiences with both. Ziggy, Jill, Marilyn, and Dr. A really make the outpatient program enjoyable and it’s obvious that they truly care!
